Discount Tire

This is my 100th review on google! This place was great. Elijah helped me out and was very professional and quick, even though they had bunch of people there. I was in and out in less than an hour. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs tires

I went in last minute to get tires for my car before a show as I was on threads. They didn't have this specific tire in stock and worked ultra hard to locate and assist me in getting them in next day. Thomas treated my concerns about the timeline with diligence and urgency. Making me the customer feeling respected and important. Thomas and Lincoln both showed the same passion for customer service and have earned my thanks.

I have always gone to discount on Fossil Creek. Today was the best visit yet. I can not get over the customer service. Noah treated me like I was a friend. It was so busy and when I was being helped I never felt rushed. He made sure I purchased the perfect tire for my needs! A half hour later I was out the door. It is the only place I will buy tires

We had a last minute issue with one of our tires and needed to quickly have all four replaced. We did a same day walk-in appointment at this Discount Tire location and were greeted warmly by Noah. He proceeded to help us have the most lovely experience. Noah was kind, helpful, and made the entire experience stress free. We will go back to this location again :D

The manager Barak and his team awesome and have taken the best care of my family! They stand behind their work and the tires they recommend. I couldn't ask for any better service and will continue to use this store for years to come!! Highly recommend!

Had quite a few questions about a recent replacement of tires, and spoke with the general manager to clarify a few things. It is clear customer service, meeting client expectations and trust in relationships are the backbones of Barak’s managing style. Can’t tell you how impressed I was with his communication style and how he handled my concerns. I am happy to continue to refer clients to Discount.

They clearly dedicate their efforts to customer service. I didn't feel like I was going to a mechanics shop, I felt like I was going to a consultant (in a good way). They knew everything that they were doing and were very sweet and even though I ended up not needing their services at all they gave me a complete refund. Great place, friendly staff, good prices. It's actually pretty amazing watching them get through car after car. I was a walk in for 4 new tires and I was in and out in less than an hour. Not bad at all.

These guys are completely dishonest!! They tried to take advantage of my 19 year old daughter. They flat out lied to myself and her. Note to all out there: THEY CANNNOT PREVENT YOU FROM LEAVING WITH LOW TREAD! This is a scam meant to scare you into buying tires! There is no such law! There is a CO law from 9/1 to 5/1 annually that says you have to have a certain tread depth, but the law states nowhere that tire shops get to enforce this. The most they can do is ask you to sign a waiver. Remember: THEY CANNOT FORCE YOU TO ENGAGE IN BUSINESS WITH THEM! Just because you went there doesn't mean you have to buy from them. They can't stop you from going someplace else. One more shady thing about the visit: They said the lug nuts needed replacing, and they were going to charge us $200 for "special" lug nuts. We told them no, that we would replace them (for much less). They finished changing the tires (my fault for not researching the "law" beforehand) then they called my daughter and told her they couldn't get the old lug nuts back on, so they would have to charge us for new ones. I talked to her and her boyfriend and told them to tell them no. I was willing to have it towed by AAA to another shop. I don't know how their conversation went, but we were not charged for the new lug nuts. Oh, they did give us free wiper blades (they were already going to do that before all this started) so that's worth half a star, I guess. We are taking the car to Costco to see if the tires were done properly. I will post an edit if they find anything wrong.

I always choose discount. Their service is super friendly and fast. They are always willing to work with you in many ways. Came for my rotation and balancing for free since I bought tires with discount, which are very good by the way.
