After missing one tie on oil filter they did not want to exchange. Justin the asst manager had no respect for my employee trying to exchange, item kept getting on the phone voiding the situation costing me time and money. I had to buy ties just so they would exchange item for a small one this was uncalled for and unprofessional I shouldn’t have to leave my shop to come down to handle a situation like this well he had a client waiting. I will be writing a letter to the general manager and to corps about this Justin should not be in any sort of management position do to is title what happened to customers first

I went in this evening and the nice gentleman named Caleb was very kind and searched the system until he found the battery that we purchased the previous time we had went in there no one had put a name or a phone number with the purchase luckily we did find it with the debit card that it was purchased with. He was kind enough to put the new battery in my daughter's car his customer service was outstanding he was very kind and patient I appreciate good customer service so I just want to say thank you great customer service Caleb

Just needed to read what code my check engine was throwing so I could formulate a plan to fix it. The guy who helped me was happy to help and didn't at all make it seem like an imposition. 😊

We were traveling from Texas, we needed help and had questions. The guy that helped up seemed like he didn't want to be there and was not happy to help us. My husband always uses OReillys . We have never encountered a worker so rude and unhelpful. It was very off-putting. Sorry to say, but we went to auto zone after and they actually helped us

Neythan is incredible. He provided fantastic service and even swapped out my car battery so I could get the discount for recycling the old battery right away. Daniel was very friendly too. Quality customer service is rare nowadays and these guys nailed it. Thank you!

Super helpful staff!! Neythan looked up the size wiper blades that I needed and offered to install them. I felt awful because it started to rain a bit but he was super professional and kind about it. Thank you!! It usually takes me a lot longer, he was so quick. I really appreciate it and will use this store in the future

I came in for a simple part. The man that was working today found what i needed rather quickly and was great! However to the guy getting an oil filter for is F250, the fact that you were not able to pay because of a technical malfunction doesnt give you the right to be such a jerk to someone else... On top of it all he was doin the job he was trained to do. The assistant manager is not trained to deal with the fact the credit card reader had a malfunction, I hope karma gives you the day you deserve. As for the assistant manager. Thank you for being helpful and keeping your calm with the said previous guy...
