My battery just barely started my car this morning and only a few miles away was O'Reilly's and their outstanding Assistant Manager Miles. He tested my battery, showed me the results, found the best deal for a replacement and installed it without extra charge. Even checked my oil! Fast, impressive service with a cheerful attitude. The service I received from Zach at O'Reilly was exceptional. I needed a battery for my car, and I wasn't quite sure how to change it out. Zach offered his assistance without hesitation or condescension, which, as a Gen X woman, I greatly appreciated. He explained each step and patiently answered my questions. I'm sure for Zach, this was a simple task, but I greatly appreciated his willingness to not only help me but take the time to give me confidence in doing it myself. That's how customer loyalty is gained, by providing remarkable customer service.

Mike is a lifesaver and problem solver, and truly embodies what customer service is all about! He was willing to think out of the box and sell me two caliper bolts from a complete caliper kit instead of waiting for delivery 5 hours later that same day to obtain the same bolts in a rebuild kit. Mike is what we need these days in our community. Give that man a fist bump and a raise!

I went in and was blown away by the help I received by miles the asst manager. He was beyond helpful in getting me my water pump and the tool needed to do the job. I will be a customer there for any future auto part needs

Just went in to buy oil and have my car diagnosed and district manager. Allison was a 100% helpful and very. Sweet will definitely be returning because of her.

Been a local loyal customer here for over 10 years due to great customer service. Bought brake light bulbs and one of them didn’t work after installing both, so I brought the defective bulb back to the store for a replacement. The lady working told me that a new bulb burning out upon installation was impossible and could only be due to defective wiring, although the previously working bulb I put back in after the new one didn’t work still worked. She said to her it looked like I put a burnt bulb back in the package and she refused to exchange it. I’m an honest person and not interested in saving a few bucks over a brake light bulb. Apparently they’d rather lose a loyal customer over a bulb and save a few dollars. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I always have a great experience at this store! Everyone has always gone above and beyond to help me and see I'm taken care of and get what I need. They even installed some of my purchases for me which is an AMAZING help! John installed headlamps for me today and a few months ago, Maranda installed some parts to hold part of my frame on. Thank you all so much!

Stopped in since I was low on oil from a small leak. The staff was so helpful by taking a look at my truck and pointed out a loose oil plug. The very nice employee tightened up the loose plug and picked out the right oil for me. Glad I came here and appreciate the knowledge and help!
