CRP 4X4 Truck OutFitters

I recently had CRP install a hitch receiver on my 2016 Jeep. They said the install was going to take longer than anticipated, but they still honored my original (reasonable) price quote for the labor. This place is great, has awesome customer service, and skilled workers. Thanks, CRP!

These guys put airbags on my truck It had on my truck with care and did an excellent job on doing it right they also let a front leveling kit on my truck my truck looks awesome now and I can tell my 25' trailer really nice with the airbags that they installed I was really impressed with how fast they did it and how they made it look really nice

After reading some of these reviews, I am trying to figure out why the last 7 of my experiences have been terrible. The company I work for has taken 7 trucks in to have 5th wheel balls installed and every time I drop a truck off, I am met with boring personnel who seem the least interested in helping me. They take my key and say we will call you when it is done. I have yet to receive a call on any of the trucks, I drive by to see if it's done when in the area and low and behold, they are done. I go in and again no ambition to help me and they push me out like they have no concern for the next one to come in. This has been this way every time. I called to schedule this last truck i took in, hoping to have a better experience, yet again very disappointed. never called and my truck was tied up all day even after scheduling and appointment. After talking with one counter guy multiple times, going in he handed the work to someone else with no one in the store. I would not recommend this place due to the lack in customer service. They don't even deserve the one star i had to give to write this.

I had my new 22 Laramie tinted there and for the most part it was awesome, they were very quick, really cool dudes. I cleaned my windows for the first time today since having it done and noticed a couple knife scratches on the driver window and a hole, one on the windshield on passenger side. Highly unfortunate because I was beyond thrilled up to this point. If you don’t want to wait then these guys are great to go to, just be cautious that some errors also come with the speed. Would’ve been 5 stars but my OCD can’t look past them now that I’ve noticed them

Great place if you’re looking to fix up you off-road rig. Great service and selection. They also have a side gig selling awesome RC cars. Pretty cool.

These guys did an amazing job on installing my side boards, seat covers, and window tinting. They were nice, explaining everything, and thorough in the job. Highly recommend. Thank you CRP.

I got to meet the owner while I was there! I always like doing business know that the own is actually there helping out. He offered me a deal on the install of parts for my truck that I can't get at other places. So I'll be ordering some stuff before Christmas that will probably come in after Christmas and have them install. I'll post again after all is done but I don't think there will be a problem.

So far I am highly impressed with the customer service provided by the personnel at CRP 4x4. I have spent the last 2 days talking with several different 4x4 shops and they were the only ones were after my satisfaction rather than my money. They brought to my attention a couple of the issues with my original request and after about an hour of going over options we were able to find something a little more suitable for my situation. They also came in over $400 less than any other shop around. My truck will not be complete until next friday, so at the conclusion of that I will complete my review....

Very helpful. I wanted a low profile fuel tank for the bed of my truck. They have just what I needed, reasonable price, and set for installation Aug 12
