I needed a new battery. The gentleman helping me explained my best option, double checked my old battery in my car to make sure it was the correct one, swapped out my battery and answered all my questions. Amazing customer service!!

I tried O’Reilly’s first, they had less selection and would not install my car battery. My experience at AutoZone was much better— they installed my battery and were very polite and friendly.

We order online for pick up and they take hours to pick on part. I don’t know why I order before I come in when if I walked in and bought the part it would be instant but 4 hours later and you can’t pick the part off the shelf?
