Ridiculous!!! No sense of urgency from tellers! There are 13 people in line while one teller has been on the phone for over 15 minutes and it seems it's personal buisness she was talking about. Not even an apology for the 45+ minute wait. I will be moving banks after this disaster.
Ive never had a bank flake on an appointment before.... This branch picked 10:00 am on a Saturday for my appointment. I did not choose this time. THEY called and CONFIRMED the appointment in the days leading up, no mention of being closed or any issues coming up. I showed up on time, nobody. I called all the usbank numbers i had available(the manager, regional manager, the person on the loan confirmation email) NO ANSWER. I am perfectly understanding of the times and troubles they are creating. But this is ridiculously unprofessional. Either don't schedule the appointment or call me and reschedule if you're unavailable. Don't just leave me hanging with no information or help!
ATM always out of order, usually end up having to go back 2 or 3 times before actually being able to use it. Wait times for a teller easily 20+mins. Hate this location with a passion. Use only as last resort

Great people.. Great location.. Luv open 7 days a week. (Avoid peak hours since usually a line/wait).

They do ok..I use the atm for as much as I can as the lines get pretty long and they are very slow. Never see more than two tellers..usually only one.

This location needs better help,when there are 3 people there,2 are usually talking and 1 teller is trying to help a long line of people,depends on the time of day as to how long your wait is.This is a busy bank too,please get more help.

This place is terrible, it it super slow since they have only one teller and like 12 people in line... Everytime I have to take my motgage payment it's a pain coming here to wait at least 1 hours to be attended....

This place is HORRIBLE! There is always 3 people working and only one providing service to customers when there is a line. Customer service is not their priority.
