Been in this Bank several times. Each time there's been several customers waiting in line. there will be only one teller at the counter. Management will be hiding in their office refusing to help leaving the customers wait and the teller struggle through it. Maybe they don't need my money in their Bank.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT BELIEVE. THEM ON THE PROMOTIONS EITHER. THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO NOT COMMIT TO IT. AND BECAUSE OF A BANK ERROR THAT WAS APPROVED FROM THE PREVIOUS MANAGER AND THAT I WOULD STILL GET THE PROMOTION THEY WONT HONOR THAT!!! THE BANKERS HERE ARE WORTHLESS. DONT GO HERE OR OPEN AN ACCOUNT.

Worst drive up service EVER. Ivr had to come to this branch a couple of times to make withdrawals and both times, it takes at leas 15 minutes! With no line! And I only hear 5 words come out of the speaker "Can I help you?" And "Thanks." Dont expect to get the cash in bills that you want! They dont borher asking!

This bank in commerce city don’t try to help no they just try to cover there butts and instead of help ppl when they are down they make life worse. Eric is rude and can’t explain anything when questions are asked to him. Joey the management don’t want to be held Viable for anything. They don’t explain things properly with the open account they don’t tell you certain things they hide it from you and then hit you with It later on.

Truly awful and indifferent customer service! The bank tellers can not understand or answer routine banking questions. I waited over an hour to speak with a bank officer who could answer the question; not only was she rude but she seemed to find the whole situation highly amusing. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this place and head across the street to Bank of the West!

Keybank allows me to cash a payroll check with no fees as long as I have two forms of id. I gladly did what was asked of me so i was able to cash a payroll check when needed. Today I took my payroll check to get cashed cuz I needed cash ASAP and now they want my SS # . I DON'T understand why they need MY Social when they never needed it before. I asked some co-workers that cash their checks there if they were asked for their Social # and they said "No, just two forms of ID". I also asked when was the last time they cash a check they said last week. I ask did you ever have to give your Social, they said No... So needless to say I didn't cash my check because I Was not about to give my Social just because you said "it was for your system". I will tell Everyone About how i was treated, like i was doing something wrong. And No I Don't Want Any Info For Your Bank. Thank you and NO THANKS, YOU NOT NICE LADY AT THE COUNTER...

Will not be doing business at this location. The manager needs to spend a little more time focusing on his customers and less time flirting with ladies and sending inappropriate text messages to coworkers. Possibly a refresh in management
