Adding me to my minor daughter's account as a signer, which is as simple as having an ID, her with me with her ID and the other parent signer with their ID should be 2 minutes to check IDs and fill out a signature card. Walked in once (all 3 of us), and they said sorry, there is no one here that can do that. Please go online to make an appointment and come back. There was no one else in the branch at the time and whomever was there wasn't allowed to do this. Earliest available appointment was over a week out. Made appointment. Showed up at the time of appointment (again all 3 of us), teller says oh the person you made appointment with online isn't working today. And she adds the online appointment system is terrible, makes mistakes all the time... But we have 3 people here who can help with that sort of thing if you are willing to wait. Sitting here 30 minutes later, all 3 of us still waiting for something ridiculously simple as this. Because I have nothing better to do on a Saturday. So I type out a Google review. Not that they care. Understaffed, incompetent, typical large bank behavior. If you are not a billionaire and use their private client services you'd be much better off with a more normal bank.

Joke shop banking. Lololol UCC (UD Law) requires all banking institutions to accept checks within 6 months of disbursement. This is law, not prerogative. So explain why this joke shop teller rejected it, hiding behind a Chase policy?! Lol I looked it up, and she literally violated Federal Law. Got my business handled at another branch. Avoid this place like the plague!

Terrible experience. Went in at 4:15pm, so 45 min before closing for a cashiers check, after about 15 min, the cashier said she did not have clearance for the amount. She grabs another worker and same problem. 35 min later I ask to leave since they can't help me. I was obviously frustrated and on the way out the yell have a great day, being condescending. Save your time and go to a brach that cares enough to staff people thay have clearance to help.

This is the most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with. We are a business and one of our neighbors received a check for us in the mail by mistake. The neighbor deposited the check into her account at Chase. I am not sure how this is possible, as the check was made out to my business and the names are very different. It has been about 2 months now and we still have not received the money. The amount of money involved was significant. If they cannot keep something simple like this and return our money how in the world are they going to keep thousands of accounts straight. This branch should not have been opened with this type of management!

This Chase branch is AWESOME ! From the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out I feel like a welcomed “Big brother” to all the ladies. They all ask me how my entire family is doing and even how all the Alcapas are. Most importantly is how they all conduct business in such a professional manner. From the tellers to the bankers. I have also just received some excellent financial advice as well. I would like to give 10 stars to this branch. All these ladies ROCK!!

Tried to give this place a chance. Only reason I made an account here was literally completely random, but mostly for the convenience of transferring money to other people who have Chase accounts. Twice, my girlfriend had scheduled to create an account at this Bank, and both times everyone in the bank was completely clueless about her scheduled appointments. This place lacks professionalism. I will say there are a few good people there, including Miriam. Dayne is a complete tool bag and after talking to him you will find he has an extremely punchable face.

I came in to replace a lost debit card. Chase customer service informed me I had to use the branch. But the Chase process to replace a Lost Debit Card is to show up to a branch with a photo ID and your debit card. But I dont have my debit card. So it's a process failure. This kind of process hole is so hilarious it deserves 5 Stars.

Love my bank great people Aaron is awesome all the tellers and bankers go out of their way to assist you I'm very grateful to have a beautiful crew at the bank, all of the people like Miriam one of the other banker's at this branch have out shined and out did themselves in lending their knowledge and experience and expertise to myself and my business thier knowledge has helped me exponentially! I couldn't ask for better people!

The ATM works. That's about it. I came in trying to complete some paperwork for Chase (should take 5 minutes at the longest) around 1:41pm on a Wednesday and was advised that neither of their bankers could help me. The one banker I could see through the glass partitions never made eye contact and made the teller be her messenger. She also did not have an appointment for another 10 minutes but requested I come back at 2:30pm. All of this after Chase corporate told me to stop into any branch and they would be happy to help me knock this out in a timely manner. Obviously I picked the wrong branch, hopefully this saves someone else from making the same mistake.
