Shout out to the outstanding customer service provided by senior banker Jaimie Auten. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. I recently went to another Wells Fargo branch closer to home and wasted an hour and a half without having the issue resolved. We've worked with Jaimie in the past and always had the utmost respect for her diligence and professionalism in dealing with our investments. Frankly, I just wont go to another branch office. Lesson learned.

Don’t even think of trying to call and actually talk to a person. The automated system will only let you access your accounts and, even then, keeps cutting off your voice when you try to respond. All I needed was to talk to a specific banker about cancelling an appointment.

Today is January 15 2021 and than you University branch for your great customer service. I flew in from California to change an account for my son who is blind and going to school at the Colorado Center for the Blind. The branch on Broadway would not even try to accommodate our difficult situation (see their one star review).But thanks to the tellers, supervisor and bankers at the branch on University who helped us out when we were in time-crunched and disabled situation. Your the best!

Terrible bank. Did not open application for customers until 3/15, then 3/16 email us “You may have heard that the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has run out of money to fund PPP loans, and we realize this may be causing you frustration and concern. Given the magnitude of the crisis the country is facing, we are hopeful that Congress will approve additional funds for the PPP. In anticipation of additional approved funds, Wells Fargo continues to prepare customers' PPP loan applications to be ready for submission to the SBA if and when this occurs. Of course, our ability to fund additional amounts depends on Congress continuing the program and providing additional funds for PPP loans. “. What did u when other banks helping their customers? U just open appointments before run out of money. Did not try to help customers ever, just just wanna make customers mad? I will change my business bank soon.

I've had very bad experiences with Wells Fargo in my past. But today I came in to cash a pay check and was greeted very nicely. I've been very ill with a cold and Brian made my experience a very good one.

Went in to just try to get some couns turned into cash which had been done for me before at other branches several times with no problem. Today they handed me papers and said if i wanted my change cashed id have to count it out and roll it myself. Im not the banker here. I'll now just go pay a fee at a coinstar machine and this branch wont get my business agai and i will heavily consider switching banks from wells fargo if they expext their customers to do the bankers jobs.

Wells Fargo has had some bad press recently, however they have been good to me. I always receive courteous, professional service whether from the tellers, bankers or safe deposit box service. There are ATMs available 24/7 in the lobby. And they have DumDum suckers!
When you can identify a branch with a non helpful manager. Best to do business in different branch. This one will just make your head hurt. Wells Fargo customer of 30 years.
This is one of the better branches we have been to. They are usually pretty friendly and eager to help, especially the personal bankers. The only improvement I would recommend is making sure the personal bankers return phone calls.
Have attempted to refinance with this company, and it's been a nightmare. Underwriters ask for the same paperwork over and over, they don't know how to read P&L, they ask for new paperwork at least weekly, and it has now been 2.5 months. Go to a local credit union, don't waste your time on this unethical company.
