Don't go here if you want to get anything done. I worked for U.S. Bank at a branch in McLean County IL for four and a half years before moving to CO. I went in this branch for a direct deposit form, since the app updated since my departure and I was unsure of where the form was. However, in my time of employment I had printed out MANY over the counter checks and direct deposit forms alike for my customers, and knew I could walk into a branch to get one. The man who came to the counter when I arrived immediate stated that they did not have those forms. When I stated that I had worked there before, and even told him which system he could find said form on, he simply stated that he had worked there for twenty years and didn't even attempt to look up the form, despite me knowing the name of an in bank computer system that a non employed customer wouldn't know anything about. Imagine if I had been a customer who was uncomfortable with online banking and refused to use it. Did he mean to tell me that those customers just don't get access to their direct deposit form? He didn't even offer me an over the counter check, which also would've been acceptable. He seemed determined not to do any work to help me. I can't help but feel that he disrespected me because I'm young and feminine and he determined this meant I was stupid or lying about the form. This form takes less than 1 minute to find, fill out, and print, by the way. Clearly the employees at this branch aren't taking their annual or bi annual refresher training courses. You're better off visiting other branches in the area, if not for better help, then at least for the pleasure of visiting a clean branch that doesn't smell heavily of dust and old broom closets.

Why do they never answer their phone? I’ve called at multiple times and multiple days during business hours and am always put through to the call center. My concern relates specifically to the CherryHills branch and the call center is not able to answer my specific question. I ultimately have to drive down to the branch to talk to someone personally. Frustrating!!!

The guy at the desk there Wouldn't let me withdrawal money from MY account based on how I look they thought I was trying to scam them or something like that and wouldn't let me take my own money out of my account. That was the most discriminatory incident I've ever experienced. I'm covered from head to toe in tattoos so I understand people judging that I'm used to it but it's not okay from a bank to be denied to withdrawal my own money because of how I look.

OMG - the branch at 2401 e arapahoe road, 80121 has the worse customer service. They never return phone calls and lie especially by the supposed manager, Brandon. It has been 3 weeks since the account was supposed to be closed and I have yet gotten the balance of my money sent to me. The branch sent me to call center and call center to fraud and fraud sents me to branch and round and round we go. Bunch of fraud. Make sure you keep your receipts for deposit because on occasions it is not on the ledger.

The ATM there is a joke. Ate all my cash deposited. Bank can't do anything cause it's a 3rd party machine. Which is a complete joke. Yes, I should have gone inside and deposited but was in a rush and wanted to quickly deposit some cash. Ended up not giving me back any money, lost all the cash. Went inside the whole ordeal ended up being 30 minutes to find out the "earliest" I might see the cash would be on Friday. It seems every month something new comes up with US Bank. Whether its high fees, ID theft, or takes few days to deposit a simple check over $200. They have lost a customer. This bank is ridiculous. The customer service though was nice, just can't believe something so simple is so complicated. Welcome to US Bank, where simple meets complicated.

Will I ever come back to US Bank for anything? Most likely not. Their branch staff don't seem to care much about establishing, appreciating, nor maintaining good customer relationships and giving pleasant customer service to those of us who keep them in business.

The bank teller tried to short me when I brought my change in. I brought ~$30 of loose change in and asked if they had a change machine and the teller took it to a back room and came back saying it was exactly ~$20, and exactly $10 short of what I counted. He didn’t know I counted it before because it was loose in a zip lock baggie. I told him it was $10 short of what I counted. He went to the back again and came back with a made up story that the machine gives 2 numbers and one said ~$20 and the other ~$30. I used to be a bank teller for 3 years and worked for US Bank. I never saw a change machine that had 2 different numbers. Maybe they do now, but it sounds bogus. And what a coincidence it's exactly $10 short of what it really was. He then asked if I really counted it and I said “yes” and he said he wouldn’t have the patience for it. That right there is another signal this guy is just scamming people. Well what if this was my kids change that they had been saving up and wanted to buy something special. This scumbag tried to short us $10. I’ve been banking with this company for almost 20 years. It’s only $10 but how many people has this teller tried to scam. This bank needs to put some internal measures in place so this teller can’t rip people off. Also, hire some ethical people. DON’T bring your loose change to these people uncounted. Perhaps don’t bring them any of your money at all.

Not impressed with this location. Customer service makes me feel unwanted as an account holder. Its the closest branch to where I live and yet I travel far to another one just to do business with this bank.
