Their app is pretty good, one of the best and the people working at all the branches are typically very helpful and nice, that being said their phone customer service is an embarrassment to customer service and this bank will charge you as many fees as they possibly can, not super easy to work with.

Very accommodating and helpful tellers and manager. I come by on a regular basis and they quickly learned who I was and what I come by for; they prepared for my needs and know what I’m needing as soon as I walk in. There is almost always no wait time!

I have been a customer for decades. The bank in Centennial has no continuity of employees. They very seldom have lobby hours due to covid and robberies. The drive up is very slow. They take a put 7 minutes to find my account because of an old name change. Additionally, the tellers always treat me like I am a potential criminal. Are all BOW like this? Havana was a little better than Centennial. Evergreen is very good customer service. If it wasn’t such a hassle I would switch to a credit union or another bank.

Honestly, this has to be the slowest branch I've come across lately. I get it, with Covid, things are expected to be slower, but the lobby is closed, they have 2-3 folks manning the drive-thru generally, and it still take 5-10 minutes to make a deposit, even when I'm the only one in line. I've been banking here for close to 15 years, have at least 10 accounts here between personal and business, and this is the worst I've seen them. Quite frankly, I can't take it much longer. They just don't respect your time at all.

I absolutely love banking at this BOTW branch! The manager and staff are always super friendly and always go out of their way to help me with any issue I may be having. I've had so many smiles, laughs and friendly conversations here it almost feels like home! Cheers!

9 months. Used check card 15 times as a side acct. $300 in fees. Bankers won't budge on any fees except for one time. Then give you attitude when you ask. Not worth it. Keybank in 3 years not one charge. Go somewhere else!

An employee at this bank took an endorsed $4,000.00 check I deposited in the ATM machine, and refused to deposit it, in spite of the fact that I have had an account with BOTW for 15 years. He then put it in the regular mail, without any tracking information or proof of mailing, and mailed it to an address that was different that the address on the check- all without calling or notifying me. He took great liberties with my money. When I found out what he had done and was upset, he closed my saving and checking accounts- without my permission- and causing a late fee to be charged on a payment that had been set up online on my account. I have tried to get resolution from the branch manager, Sandra Storey, and supposed customer service managers named Monica Huey and Charlene Marino. At this point in time- 4 weeks later- I have not spoken to one manager at BOTW. If you want your money to be safe DON'T BANK HERE!!! They give their employees the freedom to treat you and your money with complete disrespect- and they apparently support them!!!

Great service - I can understand customers being frustrated with typical banking hours but this branch has always been good for me and my family. Never a problem and always helpful bankers. Tom

No service at all to the customer. Deposit your money, and that's all they do for you. They wouldn't even approve a 100% secured loan.

Sorry for the caps but this branch is PAINFULLY slow, even if there is only a deposit being made and no other vehicle in the drive through. We hate coming here and avoid it as much as possible. We only come here for business purposes, not personal.
