MVB closed my “spend and savings” accounts without knowledge or any explanation. This was three weeks ago and still haven’t received any communication or my funds. I have filed a complaint with the FDIC and others as well as reported the for theft of funds to the state attorney generals office. This bank is a fraud and horrible run. Run away from the before they steal from you.
After reading your review, we would like to address this situation but we cannot find your contact information. We’re wondering if you posted your review to the correct bank. Would you mind calling Mountain View Bank of Commerce any time Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM Mountain Time at 303-243-5401? We would like to make this right if it was us or help you find the Bank that did this. We also have no record of any FDIC complaint from anyone at this point. If this is our Bank, please give us a call and we will be glad to work with you to make things right. If not, we would kindly request that you remove your review from our Bank and add it to the Bank where it belongs.
This is a true small business owners bank. Their methods, customer service and efficiencies are solid for personal accounts but beyond excellent for business accounts. Significantly superior to other 'local' and national banks I have had accounts at in the past. If you own a business and are frustrated by the common and constant shortcomings and shortsightedness of your current financial institution, feeling like you will be institutionalized dealing with them any longer, then gain some sanity and improve your financial flexibility by moving your accounts to MVBofC.

A True Gem....!!! Donald Buti and Laurie La Russo have been great through out my refinancing process. Obtaining mortgage/refinance is a nightmare that most people including myself don't want to deal with but they have made it so easy that I decided to refinance my other property with them as well. I have already referred a few clients to them which one of them applied with a well known bank month and a half before I started my application with Don. He was in process for over two month with no result as they kept pushing his application further back with much excuses. When he saw how quickly Don obtained my loan and closed; my friend agreed to start the process with Don. With no delay Don was able to close my friend's loan in two weeks!!! I am soon to close on my second loan with Don. Don and Laurie have been super great with their communication skills and professionalism in every step of the way. Don is now my lender to go to. I highly recommend Don and his team to others.

If you go here, ask for Brent! He is probably the most enthusiastic banker I have ever met! Brent has a real zest for life and it comes through every time you talk to him. Poor customer service. No follows through. After 1.5 months with the account, still no debit card or checks.
