    The ladies at the windows are so nice. It's clean and so far hasn't been busy any of the times I've gone in with my boss to make the deposits.

    I sold my vehicle and had the buyer meet me at this location where the Manager assisted us in making the transaction run smooth. He took extra precaution by calling the bank to verify that the cashiers check I received was good before depositing it in my account and he was all around very helpful and kind

    Arrived today at exactly 4:30pm and was greeted with "how may we help you?" I replied, "i would like to open a new account". The large Hispanic male teller then looked at his watch and then looked over at his tall Caucasian male counterpart and then began to give a rather unpleasant response stating that it was too late to open an account and that i may go online to schedule an appointment or open an account online. I then asked, "may i schedule an appointment with one of you?". Teller response was a firm "NO". To my bewilderment, i asked for clarification by saying "there are 4 humans in this office looking at me and none of you are able/capable of helping me to schedule an appointment to open a new account? The tall Caucasian male retorted another firm" THAT IS CORRECT!". It appears that the brick and mortar office at this location is simply window dressing for Wells Fargo and that the only role of the humans in this office is to tell customers to leave and go online for their banking needs. I must have expected too much by assuming that i would be pleasantly assisted with ensuring that i am able to open a new account with Wells Fargo - Apparently NOT! Treating high net worth individuals like pond scum is not a successful long term business model and my review will have no impact, i am sure, as this type of behavior is promoted from the top-down, however, i needed to get this unsavory experience off my chest.     I was trying to get to another Wells Fargo when I stumbled upon this one and I am so glad I did! I have never had such great customer service at a bank. I was standing in line while two other people were being helped. The service manager (Israel) happened to walk in, saw me standing there, and logged in just to help me. He was patient with my transaction, personable, and extremely helpful. Not once did I feel I was a burden, even though I asked so many questions. I'm not one to leave reviews (good or bad), but the interaction I had today was so impressive that I jumped on my computer to write this as soon as I got home. I only wish there were something more I could do to thank them for restoring my faith in people and exemplifying what it means to provide top-notch customer service.

    One more Unsatisfied Customer. I should have read the reviews before coming here. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for over 20 plus years and I have never experience such Discrimination at a bank location before. Losing a life long customer.

    Terrible customer service. ISRAEL completely wasted our time. What should’ve been a 5 min ordeal turned into half an hour. We missed an important meeting all due to him causing inconvenience. He wouldn’t even make eye contact when telling us what he wanted to do to our account. It was such a bizzare experience. Long term members should never feel the way we did when we left. I advise anyone to go to the Thornton location instead. They made everything easy and friendly.

    Almost every time I go there would be some issues: systems down can't deposit; issue need management to help, but both services manager and store manager is gone; just had a powder outlet can't withdrawal money. Now I just stop going there since their open doors is no different than close door. Good things is that there's another Wells Fargo over Main Street and 287 & the other Wells Fargo oven 120th and Washington.

    I was going to deposit a Cashier's Check into a friend's account here. I had the deposit slip and cashier's check. Some how it turned into a committee hearing involving 3 people including a manager. End result no deposit and a waste of my time. Maybe you guys should just stick to opening fraudulent accounts to look good to share holders.

    The people here are very rude. My brother recently had a stroke and I wanted to deposit some cash into his account to make sure his autopay bills went through. This bank told me that I can't add cash to his account. Why on earth would a bank not allow you to deposit cash into an account??? I would advise everyone to stay away from Wells Fargo.

    I awoke this morning to find that my account is overdrawn $60 from pending charges from days ago when I asked what my overdraft protection had done for me they said you were notified by email at 9pm last night an email I did not receive until approximately 11pm after I had gone to bed I went to wells fargo personally and was told they could not help me and to call the customer service number who's robot had me going in circles until an agent again told me they could not help wells fargo making money off of those who have very little is greedy reprehensible and immoral I urge others not to bank here and I myself will no longer
