I have been with this bank since 2001. I have survived multiple ownership changes, and the bank has been through a lot. The staff are great people but the banking here truly sucks. I have multiple business accounts and can't even use my business card for online transactions as they are blocked for fraud. Then the fraud department gives you a runaround to talk to the bank, whom are, of course, not currently available. Do NOT bank at this bank. Take your money elsewhere as this is truly not the bank it once was. Signed, A Very Disappointed Customer

If you work 8-5 like a lot of people you cant cash a check unless you get up and go do it before noon on a Saturday. Not being able to use the physical bank makes this place pointless I can use cashapp if I want to do things online.... definitely switching to a new bank

I was a customer of guaranty bank for over two decades .. I loved the small local bank feel with a emphasis on customer service. When the bank was sold I decided to give it a try. I regret that decision. It has been issue after issue.. when i contacted customer service I was told different answers to my problem every time. I was made to feel like an inconvenience instead of a customer. When I asked to speak with a manager , it was days before my call was returned and still no clear answer to my issue. I decided to reach out to local banks and credit unions. I was pleasantly surprised with their willingness to help. I made the choice to move on from independent. I couldn’t be happier with my choice..

Terrible bank! I deposited cash into the ATM and they’re trying to tell me it takes 2 business days for it to show up in my account. They also are trying to charge me $5 for a cashiers check when I’ve been a customer for 5 years. I will be opening up a new account elsewhere because this bank and all the employees are a joke ! Save yourself and don’t bank here !

Since independent bank took over it’s been horrible No Coustumer Servive. They don’t care. No one ever can help. Every transaction takes an eternity. I hate independent bank!

Terrible place. Terribly ran. Only opened a account here because my mom has one here. Do not open a account here. Not worth it. I've since adjusted the rating since I haven't had to deal with them as of recent.

This is the best bank. I love there customer service and they answer all the questions you have and are always with a smile on there face and the best online banking 🙂

I have banked here for years. The teller I dealt with today was completely unhelpful and frustrating. Not impressed at all.
