I frequent this bank every day for change for a business and the girls are always very sweet and helpful. That being said it’s very often to see them treated unkindly by customers who believe they don’t need to treat their bank teller as human. A lot of you would get better customer service if you didn’t act like you were above the people just trying to help you. Please pick a different location if you can’t handle acting appropriately. :) KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GIRLS!!!

The worse bank location I have ever used. I unfortunately have to visit this particular Chase twice a week every week for work, and there are only a few staff members that are friendly and considerate of people's time. I've been given the wrong amount of cash back before. I've had a teller refuse to give me my change because she was confused about what a bank variance is. I've had the manager rudely ask for my ID before for no reason on a routine visit. I would never willingly choose this bank and would discourage anyone else from visiting this location.

Tried calling a branch near me to confirm the hours on a Saturday listed on website were correct. Just a recording and referral back to a website. C'mon Chase. You can afford to pay a human.

Not thrilled with this branch. My wife tried to open up a credit card account and to add my daughter as an authorized user. First visit was sketchy. Received credit card for wife, but was already labeled as fraud. never received confirmation of authorized account or credit card for daughter. Went back to bank and Mr Mangels says there is no such thing as an authorized user account, which is posted all over Chase. Even gal worked with last time said she did the same thing with her son and a great idea. Wife called customer service twice and was hung up on. Tried to handle through Chase site and was not working for several days. Terrible process and am sorry I recommended chase to my wife. Been a long time customer Sapphire preferred and spend a lot of money monthly on this card. Too bad this branch is not helpful and figured out how to mess everything up. Will track this down and get to the right people or look elsewhere.

This bank is so hard to work with when it comes to anything outside of deposits. I’ve tried numerous times in numerous situations to talk to somebody because I needed help with one thing or another that their online person told me to come in person to talk to only to Be told that they can’t meet with me. And this is every single time! They never have anyone to help you they never have anyone to work out there policies with you unless you’re depositing or taking out money everything else with their bankers has been less than difficult and always get shot down. I could’ve swore that my money from my personal and my business is in this bank and yet I get no help. Absolutely frustrating

Would give zero stars if I could. I went into this Chase at 5:20 one day. My online bank activity had been locked. All I had to do was show 2 forms of ID and have them call to unlock my account. I was told the only banker was busy until 6 and no one could help me. Even after I said I would wait until 6 I was informed that's when they close. Ridiculous. I was there almost an hour before close and I was told no we wont help you.

They won’t help non citizens. Even if residing and working legally in the US. Go to Wells Fargo if you are a foreign Chase is discriminating toward ethnic people to say the least.

I went in attempted to deposit a $2400 check wanted $240 into my savings and the rest in cash the teller gave me $1,160 and still told her supervisor that she was sure she gave me the right amount ... they did a balance of her register turned out she was wrong. My time was wasted and I was treated poorly !!!!! I had to chose one star to post a review in my opinion their branch deserves no stars!! And the teller that did my transaction didn’t even bother to apologize the supervisor did!!!

Terrible customer service every time I come here. Everyone in this branch seems to really hate their job and is always giving attitude and seems not to care one bit about the problems they are causing. Unwilling to fix or even communicate effectively about said issues.Always long wait times when no one is in the bank(Customer Wise). Will never come back to this branch and I am willing go to as far as closing my house,car,money market ,savings,2 credit card accounts just because of the absolute horrendous service I receive here.
