    I went today with a resident from the nursing home where I worked. I pushed her all the way to the bank and what a pleasant experience we had. The customer service here was amazing and we were so thankful. I love US Bank. Thank you!

    Waited for 30 minutes while 3 employees sat behind a counter and not a single step was helped. NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS TO GET THEIR OWN MONEY! US Bank froze my credit card for no reason, and then you call customer support and they're backed up for hours. To log in to my app, they say I have to call my phone carrier and ask them to accept short texts from their number. US Bank is truly the worst!

It's true we use one-time-passcodes with your phone as a security measure on the app, and this does require that your phone service allow you to receive tests from short-codes.     us bank owns the company elavon I have a business and the company of elavon is in charge of collecting my cards the machine that tried me did not work for days without realizing it and they don't want to hold me responsible or give me my begotten money if they have this company from Elavon be super attentive they are special thieves when the Bach adds his machine

    My husband made the mistake of going into this branch to deposit his paycheck. They lost the deposit. He had to go back into this disorganized mess of a bank to find out where his money was. They finally found it after he had to waste his time tracking down and fixing their stupid mistake. They really need to get up to date with modern day banking practices. US Bank is always the last to get new, updated services. They have no way of electronically submitting information. If the poorly trained teller doesn't write down the information correctly their out-dated system can't correct the mistake without lots of customer intervention.

    The interim "manager" has no clue what customer service looks like. He doesn't want to work and will talk down to you, all while telling himself how important he is. He was rude and disrespectful. All he could say was "We're done," and "I AM the manager," as he shoved my papers back into my hand. Rather than do his job and look at my paperwork, he instead wanted me to declare my personal business across the supermarket. When I didn't, he decided he didn't have to do his job. Up until him, every single person that I have met at US bank, both this one and others have been incredibly polite and professional. Up until the interaction with him, I felt confident in keeping my money with US Bank. Unfortunately, not anymore.

    Both "managers" are rude and looked at me like I was completely stupid for trying to cash a money order without an account. OK my mistake. I go 465 feet to TCF also WITHOUT an account and they cash it no problem. They need to work on their customer service skills. Blows my mind that rude people like that even are in that position SMH now I remember why I quit banking with them YEARS AGO because of idiots like them!

    Convenient location and hours. Try to avoid on the 1st and 15th of each month when everyone is there to make deposits. They are usually short handed and you will wait for a whiiiiile. They desperately need more than 2 tellers working on these heavier use days.

    I was going through a rough time and the two helping me were very unprofessional and visibly laughed when looking at my account. Go to another location perhaps.

    My wife has had the worst experience here with a banker name Amanda, she seems to always mess something up. We used to like coming to this branch until she started working there. Worst customer service with her, very disappointing this branch hired her.
