Great experience adding on an account. Jaime Virgil was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and respectful. He's been there a long while and takes the time to be personable every I come in for services. Thank you Key bank for such a valuable human being and employee

Corporate somehow mixed up my accounts. When I went into this Keybank location I was met with a thorough check of my accounts and left with everything sorted out. It took some time but I was treated with patience and dignity by a knowledgeable Branch Manager.

ATM is always broke, people don't have time to go in. Fix the ATM or I will close my account the next time I go to use it and it's broken. There are plenty of banks out there that have working ATM's **update - I will be closing my account Monday. Thanks for making it difficult to get my own money**

The Bank Manager, Jaime, is very nice. The kind of nice that is not authentic. And after dealing with him on multiple occasions - and having promise after promise fall through, I trust his word as far as I can throw him. KeyBank honestly seems OKAY, they're no worse than any of the other large banks in our country. But, this particular location is absolutely terrible. I wish I saw this low rating before opening accounts. 5/5 for friendliness. 0/5 for honesty. 0/5 for communication.

This is the only bank that always gives me a hard time when depositing checks they always have a problem or if the check is made to myself and my wife they’re the only place who will not deposit unless she’s here but my other bank doesn’t have a problem with it their solution is to have my wife open an account with key bank, very unprofessional way to try to force someone to open an account with you just to deposit checks . I’ve been with key bank for over a decade but their service has declined over the years.I will steer any people away from opening an account with key. Many more banks with less hassle . Edit: we went to both my wife’s and my other bank and they both stated as long as the checks are signed over it would not be a problem and it’s likely keybank is just giving me a hard time. I usually have to go into the bank to deposit my paychecks. Each time I go inside, the staff is warm and friendly including the security guard and I never have to wait for service. All the things I require in a good bank. Very happy with this location!

The staff here are amazing! They are always upbeat and positive. I've not had any bad interactions here and I am frankly surprised at some of the comments left. I will continue to bank here and completely appreciate the staff at this branch.

This is the worst Key Bank branch that exists. No one here is capable of doing their job and no one holds them accountable. This branch cost Key Bank 3 accounts, because I refuse to be part of an establishment that is so careless and incompetent. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this branch at all costs.

This was the first time I've ever been in a bank on my own. I opened my own bank account and Chad, the manager was probably one of the nicest people I have ever in countered in a really long time. He greeted me at the door and walked through ever single step very slowly so that I knew exactly what I was getting into. He kept his focus 100% on what we were working on even though there was only two people in the bank at that time. Very professional, Chad was amazing
