This branch opened an account in my name illegally and charged me every month until one of their NJ branches caught it and returned all of my money. They also didn’t seem to care when I took all of my money out of my 4 accounts including our large business savings accounts, terrible customer service do not bank here.

Don’t go to any Wells Fargo banks ever, anywhere for anything. They have stolen over thousands of dollars from us. Banker told my husband to use ATM. He did . Stole his money. Banker admitted to taking the money out of ATM the next day. Here we are and no money back. Thieves I tell warn you all. If have an account, IDE close it ASAP!!!

I recently was having issues with my account and had to go in to get that resolved. The manager Alena, or something like that, potato potahto.. has very poor customer service skills. She was very stuck up. I tried to explain the issue many times but it seemed like it was going in one ear and coming out the other. Thankfully the interaction I had with the banker at the end was a very different experience! She was so kind, very knowledgeable and helpful. This review does not reflect on the entire team members of the branch, this was the first time I ever had an experience like this at this location.

Why are people so rude here? Also make up rules that I know from banking for years at Wells are not true? Anyways listen to all the other reviewers and go somewhere else for your banking needs. I never go to this branch unless I have no choice and even a simple deposit will make you wish you didn’t come in!

Typical Wells Fargo; prepare to be disappointed, overcharged, and at the end of your rope. Ms.Ruiz was calm and professional, even after I grew inpatient with the bankers, and should be commended.

Worst customer service, if you call the try to direct you to online banking so they don't have to help you manually. At the branch if you have an issue with your account the bankers act like they are listening while they thumb through your account and get their own idea as to why you are there just to look at you and ask that you explain it again. Multiple times. Oh and Wells Fargo will move things around in your account and open/close accounts without permission. I cannot wait to stop banking at Wells Fargo. I have never been so threatened to do business with a company and when banking becomes stressful the bankers are great at making sure you feel uncomfortable.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I set up an appointment with a banker to do wiretransfer. We came in 30 min early in hoping to get assistance early. All of the staff was just chit chatting and doesn't even entertain us until our appointment. The banker passed the service to the teller to do wire transfer. Manager is very unprofessional and have the worst customer service. Don't go to this branch.

Trash bank. Sat in line.for over 25 min to make a deposit. I could have went up to the north one and came back in that time lol. I'd leave zero stars but it wasn't an option

As I came to Wells Fargo on 3-25-20, lady worker at the door was speaking to a hispanic woman, as I approached - the lady at the door closed and locked the door with no explanation - 15 minutes before closing. Stood outside the door for 2 min, completely ignored. Finally, went into my car to use the drive up window. While in the line for the drive up window, that same lady worker came to the door to speak to another hispanic customer. Do not go to the branch on Hover, they discriminate against Veterans and white people.
