We have banked here for a year or 2 now. We don’t have to go in much, but when we do they are always friendly, caring & understanding which is extremely rare these days. CHASE call center is another story however & that brings me to Carlos. Carlos stepped in to help us after our account was compromised. Carlos & his staff are the reason we decided to stay at CHASE

I came in for a certified check 25 minutes until close. I was greeted at the door and received prompt service. My ID had expired but they didn’t need me to provide one since I’m a customer at Chase. The process was quick and I was out the door. I don’t think I’ve ever had better service at a Chase location than this one. Any time I deposit checks for personal or work purposes, they’re always extremely helpful and fast.
This has been my branch for almost a year now and I am just in awe of how they treat their clients. I was in a car accident a few months ago and came in for the first time using a walker last week. When I walked up to the door, one of the tellers came out and opened it for me, as we both looked around to see where the handicap accessible button was. We could not find it, but they were kind enough to open the door as I left the branch as well. I then found out that they reached out to their corporate partners to have somebody from the accessibility department contact me. I will only be using a walker for a short amount of time now, but I am just so appreciative of their thoughtfulness in reaching out to their corporate partners to see how I can ultimately have a better service. Thank you Orchard branch.
came into the parking lot at 8:30 a.m. to help get into my neighbor's car that he locked the keys inside of and was asked by management to leave the parking lot until the employees had time to walk inside and they opened at 9. He's a customer by the way. I understand the security aspect of it, but it's not like we were trying to cover our faces. Security is understandable but he had already been inside two days prior to let them know how situation. If it was that big of a deal they should have called Westminster PD. All the officers I know are awesome and I'm sure they would have helped out. Thanks Chase for being sympathetic 🙄
I came in today and Stephanie went above and beyond to help me open an account. She made it easy to understand since im a first time customer. My appointment was last minute and she even talked to me about info I needed help understanding and helped point me in the right direction.
I've been banking at the Chase Bank on 136th and Colorado Blvd for over 10 years. Ronnie and Dorothy (the branch manager) always go the extra mile to make things happen for our business and personal accounts. Even when the situation is complicated - they will go to bat for their clients. We've had Very few problems in the 11 years - but when they do occur - we are confident Dorothy and Ronnie will be there with a friendly smile and work with us to resolve whatever issue we are dealing with. 3 Thumbs Up for Chase for hiring professional bankers that make the difference in customer service and Banking excellence. Amazing service. I came in at the closing hour but the teller and Stephanie had made sure I get the full service. I can't thank Stephanie enough for her sincerity in work and her amazing personality always with a smile !

they couldnt cash a check written from one of their customers, i have an account there as well and they only had interest in depositing it for their own self interest, manager was out to lunch. Chase is a ME 1st attitude vs. their customers.
