    Tried to call the branch to find out if there was a notary available. No one answered the phone. My fiance and I went to the branch and waited in line to find out that the notary just went to lunch and an employee advised us to wait the 25 minutes until they got back. I didn't want to spend my day off waiting at the bank. To my pleasant surprise, Swati noticed us waiting for awhile and said she could notarize our documents for us. I'm happy for the great customer service she provided.

    Tragically untrustworthy, stay away, do not give them the opportunity to lie to you! Since A.J. asks, I am a simple tradesman. Be good to your neighbor work hard, pay your bills, don't accept dishonest gain, and endure what life throws at you. Our relationship started 20 years ago with simple personal accounts, this led to multiple business, credit and merchant accounts. When long term forecasting predicted financial difficulty, Wells Fargo sat with a smile and led me into scenarios that would maximize their personal compensation, but would increase my long-term financial burden to its breaking point. What more, they knew my inadequate knowledge of the terms and risks and pushed past. As more time has passed, I have become more and more aware of the deplorable actions the employees at Wells Fargo has taken. Wells Fargo has shown ZERO concern for the financial well being of their clients. I've continually experienced the same level of customer service since I've first voiced the issues. They don't care about me, they won't care about anyone else... Any other questions, A.J.?

    This is a horrible place. we went in for a business account and this was not our first time of making a business account. the banker was so attitude. we did not get his name but he is an indian guy who act like he is a manager of the place. He did not love his job; instead of providing service and information about of how to open the business account, he tried to ask me what kind of business account i want to have. we were so confused because we came in for knowing more about the account, he tried to ask so many questions that should be answered from the banker. we said he was not helping us; he was trying to give us a hard time. he also said "Yeah, i dont think i can help you either" He said he does not have a manager. the way he talk to customers like that is so bossy, i can figured he could be the one manager there. i cant believe Wells Fargo has no body else to hire as a branch manager. they hire a rude and unprofessional guy to play a role that i could do better.

    The most unprofessional customer service ever seen business banker! I been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years after this moving my bank somewhere else. Highly recommend it to avoid this place. This place doesn’t even worth one star.

    Arrived for my appointment with a banker for a notary. I was impressed with the organization and clear directions. The signs are all well placed and easy to read and understand. I waited in the lobby for a couple of minutes while the banker finished with the customer and sanitized his desk area. I noticed how friendly everyone was and working with each other. I left feeling good about the group of people I interacted with that day at this branch (customers and team members). Thanks for being a responsible caring business.

    We just left the Wells Fargo here about 10 minutes ago. And we were NOT happy. When we first came in, there was a man, which I assume is the greeter. Since we never created an account before, he was very nice to us. After a few minutes, he then told us to come to the lady, one of the bankers, to open an account. She wrote my mom’s name and address down and gave it to her to check it over, my mom was checking it and the lady took it away from my mom before she finished. She also said that anyone could check it, in a very mean way. The lady then put my mom’s social security number down, and she told me to check it over. I was checking to make sure it is correct, and the lady is pointing at the machine in a very sassy way, she didn’t even try to be nice to us, didn’t at least said “Please check it over” or something like that. We are Asian, but we are NOT stupid, we are still human and can understand everything she said to us. She didn’t had to point at us. Then we told her to erase everything and we don’t need her business. In America, there is a LOT of banks, not just Wells Fargo. I can just go to another bank where there’ll be much nicer bankers.

    Costumer service is bad! Visited twice this branch for a notarize and they did not not do this. Every time they need something new, however I did the similar document a year ago in different branch without any problem

    Although the employees were nice, Wells Fargo does not seem to care about facilitating their customers. My daughter went in with all of her change that she has saved up and they told her they don't have a change counter but we can separate all her change into paper coin rollers or we can go across the street to the Walmart and use Coinstar. We were told all Wells Fargo Banks have removed their coin counters. Between all the charges that we seem to incur and now this I'm ready to move to a different bank! Definitely not worth the inconvenience!

    After repeatedly being told by many Wells Fargo locations and customer service representatives that I could take someone off of my account as long as I had them in person at the bank with me, I went to this location to be lied to repeatedly by multiple bankers that that was not allowed and they "couldn't do that". After driving 5 hours to this location to be in person to have this done (since we were informed we had to be in person to get this done) as we were told many times by many different Wells Fargo locations. I believe his name was Kenny, or some K name I believe, was extremely rude to my mother and accused her of lying about receiving this information. He told us that my mom would have to close her account which would screw her over since she has many direct payments from this account, of which he felt no remorse at all and offered no other solution. And told her to reopen one, which makes me assume he just wanted the commission for it. He was no help at all along with other bankers, and everyone there needs some training and a lesson on professional etiquette. Instead we drove to Louisville to get actual help of which they did exactly what we asked for with no hesitation, and were so pleasant to work with. I 10/10 recommend going to a different Wells Fargo
