Opened a business checking account in 12/2022 and signed up under a promo that would involve getting a $500 bonus if all requirements were met. Everything was met on my end and when it came time to pay out the bonus I was told the banker who opened my account (Anastasia) did not put the correct promo and so they had to give it to higher ups to approve. Here we are 3 months later and nothing has been done, Anastasia and Alexandria have both promised to call me back with an answer and I keep getting the run around. Hands down would not recommend this bank.

This branch is the best. All staff is helpful from Lane Hart years back, to Anastasia and most recently Alexa and Carlos. Carlos Miramontez Really went out of his way to solve a problem that I haven’t been able to get solved for a year! There is a challenge with a hierarchy inside KeyBank system when you have Accounts in different states. This became a significant issue in attempting to visually see some data. In addition he has taken a lot of time to research another issue in regards to one of my family members loan accounts and the way a fixed rate loan has the interest and the principal distributed each payment. She was able to request an amortization schedule so we can look into it further. He did all this at the end of the day on a Saturday and I could tell that he was recovering from a cold. He is very sharp, smart and a problem solver. In addition he was greeting people coming into the branch and it was nice to see him great some of the Hispanic clientele and their native language. Impressed , grateful and appreciate this team! Thank you !

My name is Gerardo Sanchez. I have been introduced to key bank by Alexandria bink and I really appreciate everything she has done for me. She has gone above and beyond to meet my needs and everyone else's needs as well. Her personality is amazing and she really knows how to make sure you understand something when you need something explained. She's a miracle worker and she really makes key bank look good. I work with a personal banker over at keybank off of orchard parkway in Westminster Colorado. Her name is Alexandra Bink. I have had problems through out my life financially. After working with her. And listening to the advice she had guided me through my credit has shot up almost a hundred points. I have a secured credit card. A savings account. She is always there with any questions I have and she personally wants the best for me and to see me through the best options for me financially. I have never had the help in the positive way to set me up on a good financial track like the way Alexandra Bink has set me on. I felt with other banks and people they were out for themselves and their needs. I give Alexandra Bink five stars and a great review for everything she has done for me up to this point. I have been Banking with Keybank since 2009 and have been very, very Happy with the services, and products I have obtained. Since coming to this newer branch at Orchard, Mr. Carlos M, (RockStar!) has, always greeted me with smiles, great patience in our dealings, while understanding my needs and helping me obtain my goal. He helped me through some Credit repair advise that has helped me- even now, months later! His professional manner and friendly attitude has given me more confidence in banking, than Ive had in the past. Thank you, Carlos,...keep up the great work! Very happy with the friendliness and prompt services of this Key Bank! I was helped by Anastasia Steele who took my call in the morning and said she is the notary on duty to assist with my paperwork. I told her that I would find some time later in the day to visit this branch to see her. During the noon-1:00PM time, she located my work office number to let me know that she will be taking a small lunch break so I would not miss her. Very kind and thoughtful. I arrived at the branch later in the afternoon and she helped me easily and was a breeze to work with. Thank you very much!

Came in to set up a minor account and was helped by Carlos. Process was quick and he had an awesome attitude. I've had alot of issues with another location so I will be visiting this one now. Raelene is also great too she's always very helpful when we have questions and it's silly we share the same name 😄
