Today I was helped by the drive through and she was very good in taking my work deposit. I had no problems. I will use this location for now on.
I had an appointment with Bolor yesterday and she was AMAZING. She was incredibly sweet and thorough on everything I needed to know. She was a great help overall, was more than satisfied with my meeting with her!
Went in to open an online account for my credit card. Took them 10min just to look up in their manual that you can only open an online account if you also have a checking/savings account. Instead of offering to help me set up an account they just said there鈥檚 nothing we can do 馃檭 worst customer service ever
I closed my account a couple years ago because I kept getting phishing emails and Chase didn't seem to care. I went in today to give it another shot and open an account again; only to be told (quite rudely), that they don't accept walk ins and if I need to be seen today, I will have to call another location because they are "too busy" and can't do it. I walked out and went to another bank. Funny thing is; she said that she has had several people tell her that. They have gotten quite a bit of business because of Chase being "too busy" and refusing walk ins for potential customers.
Went to get mortgage help and cancel a credit card about a month ago. Had a flyer for free refi and wasn't happy with current credit card. The clerk had the manager assist me with both. I was told the mortgage flyer wasn't accurate and they would have the mortgage rep call me as they don't come in to office and wouldn't let me set an appointment with him. The branch manager then called to cancel my card. I was assured it was cancelled but it wasn't. Called in a few weeks later to have it cancelled. Was lied to by the manager. Not a good experience.
Based on the reviews for this location I was weary to open an account with them, but I really couldn鈥檛 have had a better experience! Yes, it鈥檚 a busy location, especially in the morning and lunch time, but if you come after that rush, there鈥檚 really no wait time at all. Everything in this area is busy around lunch, that鈥檚 just the way it is, no reason to blame the employees for that. I made a mistake while opening my business account and destiny(?) helped me over the phone with correcting my state paperwork before I even came in for an appointment with Jazmin to fix the issues. She was super sweet and genuinely interested in my small business. It is tricky to get appointments right away here, but that鈥檚 because of COVID and more of a corporate issue. No reason to dock the exact location or employees for COVID restraints and busy are wait times. Went in again today to rectify last of the account issues, no wait, and a personal banker cleared up my issue quick. Another employee double checked they were able to help me at the desk too which was nice. For people saying they don鈥檛 respect customers, while I was in there last week, a guy came in and was YELLING in line about the wait, trying to get other customers in line roused to join him in loud complaint. It honestly freaked me out but the employees remained calm and tried to offer to help him expedite his issue but he stormed out swearing. They never were rude or unprofessional to him even though as a fellow customer, I would have asked him to chill.
Is chase discriminating toward non citizens in their banking policy ? I tried opening an account and they did not let me because I am a daca and not a us citizen but I am legally living in the us and working with employment authorization.
I will never use your card again due to the terrible experience I had on the call with your last representative! I would strongly recommend pulling that call. I worked at a well known credit card organization for over 10 years in the customer service department and I just can't believe the way this representative just dismissed me and made me feel very unvalued. Sorry you had to loss a loyal customer #Chase. Very disappointed.
Poor customer service. Their bankers are rigid with arbitrary rules that don't apply at other banks. They don't answer the phone when called and there's no option to leave a message.
If I could give them a negative 100 I would. Tried to set up an account for my teenage son and was told that it shouldn't take as long as it would for a regular account. When I went back the bank manager said that I was not told that because "She knows what everyone says". How in the world would you know what anyone says when you are not there. I have had issues at this branch before, they dont care about their customers at all and are rude
