On 4/20 I had showed up this location less then a hour till closing hoping to resolve two problems. One was a disconnect phone service and upgrading to a new phone. Both I’m employee’s at this location helped this day. But one employee went above and beyond. Carlos stayed after closing to make sure the phone I had just purchased was in working order. If you ever need help I suggest you try this store.

Came in for a new replacement phone today and was treated really well by both employees on staff! On top of that, they gave me a really good deal on the phone and accessories! This place is awesome, I would recommend it.

I went to have my phone check out. He told me I had a virus. I should buy a new phone. So I went to another cricket store and he clear my phone there was no virus. My phone is working great . Glad I didn't buy a phone. Be real cricket

My experience was not the best considering 1st time visiting this location. Not friendly at all. When we all are wearing masks and the tone as if I interrupted lunch or something. During these times as we know it now one must take into consideration any phone purchase especially over 300+ should give better customer service. I digress another store got the business. We all must be careful how we treat people especially when many stores are closing due to these changing times. I only patronizing where my well earned money is appreciated. Thanks

Carlos the manager not only gave great customer service but was very attentive to the needs that I had in regards to my cricket account I'm very pleased with the service that I received and wish him the best in his professional endeavors

Just stopped in, tried to take advantage of their 2 lines for$80/mo.. Neither employee behind the counter could do it in 1 hour. Neither knew the pricing. They charged me $10 for the difference with my current plan, and prorated. After I paid, they said come back if you have problems hooking it up. Instead, I asked them to activate it. They tried and tried. Half hour later they tried to charge me a $60 ' activation fee'! I already paid. I told them I just wanted a refund. They typed on their computer for 20 minutes, then tried to charge me another $70 for getting it to work. I again told them no, I just want my $10 back. Now they tell me no refunds!!!! From the beginning, I told them I just want to add a line to my existing account!!!!! Rip off!!!

My parents went in to purchase a couple Of phones and they received horrible service by a women named Leslie. How can you have employees that are misleading and miss treat customer.

I purchased a case and a shield for the new phone I purchased over Memorial weekend. The store did not have the correct ones in stock, so the rep put it on order. A week later, still hasn't arrived! So, rep said when he got it, he would send it to me. NOTHING YET in ONE MONTH!!! Ridiculous answer and no help from Cricket's customer service!
