Decent store. It wasn't busy. The employee was knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't do what I wanted to do but he gave me options that will work fine.

I have tried for months now, to get my 3 lines connected so I pay 1 bill and not 2. I am going to be looking for a new cell phone provider that doesn't give an 11 year old a bill smh.

I am a sick and disabled fifty-one year old man. I was about to lose my service..I came to boost mobile and a man by the name of Kevin he went above and beyond to facilitate my needs..everyone should use this carrier,and this man Kevin is the appitamy of what a man should be..thank you kevin...

This location is very clean and tidy, as soon as I walked though the doors I was greeted very friendly and professional by an employee named Alberto. He helped resolve some ongoing problems with my account and also did a good job at up selling some accessories that I needed. Very satisfied with the interaction and will be visiting this store more often.

This place has the worst customer service ever. I purchased a new phone from there, 4 days later the phone started acting up. I took the phone back to the store and they refused to help me out in any way, the store clerk even had the nerve to call me ridiculous because I ask for for an explanation on why they couldn't do anything about my phone. I then asked him for the corporate office phone number since he clearly couldn't help me out, and he told me that all the bosses were on vacation. I told him that I wanted a number, and then he supposedly contacted his manager. Julio which is supposedly the manager's name said that there is no corporate office number and the only way to get this resolved would be to visit him at another store. I've never gone through so much hassle with a phone company. I highly suggest not going to that store.
