If I could give zero stars I would. I went with my wife to get a new phone for her and they tried to up charge us way more money so they could pocket the extra cash. They claimed taxes but 80+ in taxes for a 100$ phone is a lie. All other location around quoted way cheaper for phone, activation and all. That's in Aurora and Denver. This place is a scam.

Ariel was really cool he help to switch from boost Mobile he did it so freaking fast that's why I wanted to leave a review and give him props because I used to work at MetroPCS and I always have problems with the systems and I took forever and he got three phones turned on and switched us over in less than 10 minutes so yeah awesome stuff the girl was really sweet too I apologize I don't know her name but yeah right on dudes

Would give 0 stars. Waited 30 minutes in line for a new phone and when i got to the front of the line the girl working proceeded to tell me she needed to help everyone else in the store before me, and once i waited another hour and the store was full of new people, she asked who wad next and az i walked forward and asked her what was going on she looked at me then proceeded to help someone else. Dont bother wasting your time here

I'm order phone from the store it take more than 10 days Slow service and bad no one need to check and see and where is my phone they don't understand i don't have any service Until my phone arrived and I pay insurance and when I need new phone it take more than 10 day I never back to this store

I wouldn't even give it one star except the site would not let me continue without doing so. I purchased a phone at THIS location in August and decided to exchange the phone a week later because it was too large. I was told by the sales person that my refund would be immediately posted to my debit card and the new phone would be deducted from my refund. The refund to this day (3 weeks later) was never posted and my account is now -$452.00. I tried to resolve this problem at first with the sales person (Kevin) but he was terminated. I then after several attempts, was put in contact with the manager Jose who claims Kevin made a mistake telling me money would be immediately put back on my card and it would take a few days for this transaction to occur. I said that the sales person misinformed me and that Metro PCS should make it right. Jose informed me they would only reimburse me for the original amount which they still have not done. I am satisfied with the new phone and service but this location should be stripped of it's franchise and Jose should be terminated. The bottom line is DO NOT purchase from the Metro PCS on 12507 Mississippi Ave., B-702 Aurora, Colorado. I am pleased with the store I am currently dealing with and the service I am receiving from Metro PCS. I just wish they would monitor their independent franchises on the way they conduct business.
