The pricing for iPad for $15 a month , the manager said I can charge you $75 out of the door with no receipt and it has to be cash which is weird I didn’t get it.

The agent that helped me was very knowledgeable and had me in and out in no time

I am so happy that I went to this store. Being from Alabama not knowing any one. I felt like I was at home thanks. The female was in the store Jan 24 At 2:00 pm is AMAZING 🤩

I have never been so disappointed. Went in and was helped immediately, great. The young man who helped us was not knowledgeable, was too worried about being funny then helpful. Then they mischarged me for my phone and plan. When i go back to discuss the 100 dollar mistake it all went down hill. I told them what happened, showed them the flyer i had received at another store(where i was told i bad been over charged) and the store manager who is completely imcompetent in her job asked what the other store said to do. Come on. She eventually, with the help of someone on the phone was able to refund me some, i repeat SOME of the $100. But not all. I was disappointed with the service when i initially went in and completely appalled by my treatment after their mistake. I suggest another metro pcs.

I would rate this place a 0 if I could the worst service you could get the lady thats attending you is very rude. When you go to buy something she's super friendly and very helpful but when go to return something because they installed it incorrectly they look for any and every excuse not to do it.

Just stop by there today at 4:30 in the afternoon. On a Sunday they had a large sign posted on the door sorry we missed you new operating hours Sundays from 12 to 6 p.m. Never the less it was only 4:30 in the afternoon. I walked inside and the lady says I'm sorry I'm closed. I said what? She said I'm closed. I said there's new operating hours in the door it says from 12 to 6 it's only 4:30 she says yeah. And that was the end of the conversation. She would not help me.

Went to this store today and was not helped at all. I bought a sdcard from this location for my phone. It worked ok for about 3 weeks and not sure why but I'm getting an era message now. The young lady told me that the reason for this era message was because my phone was "old", and the sdcard wasn't "compatible",with my phone and there was nothing she could do ( rudely).. Really? I have a Zte smart phone that was still on display as well as the adata sd card... Lol. Think it's time to switch
