I have been at this store many times over the years and it is absolutely delightful! All the Staff members are efficient friendly and respectful ! They鈥檙e are usually very busy but doesn鈥檛 affect their performance ! I have seen them always to attend costumers with a smile no matter how long it takes to resolve issues, answer questions or transfer data 馃槄 I can always leave my phone, go have lunch and comeback馃榿 they鈥檙e hands up the best T-Mobile store in Lakewood 馃挏 thank you guys and gals 馃檹馃徏 we appreciate it you 馃挏
I highly recommend to work with Ian G he was amazing!!! He made the whole entire process of switching & purchasing new phones & lines so easy!! Stress free he has a great attitude & super friendly explained everything to the fullest before committing. Thank you so much Ian it was a pleasure!!
This was the absolute worst experience that I've ever had. I was lied to from day one. If I could give them a more accurate rating it would be zero stars they don't even deserve 1 star. I'm so sick of T-mobile and all the lies. I hope this review will help people. I fell for their nonsense. I'm with MINT now and it has been great! My bill is 15.00 compared to 90.00 for one line. I still have coverage and that's because Mint uses t-mobiles towers.
Going to T-Mobile is never too great of an experience at my usual location but today my opinion was changed on the company. Ian assisted me and my friend with all the needs and questions we had and we shared a great conversation. He really gave us a personal experience which I appreciated. I will definitely be coming back to this location for any future visits.
I was on the waiting list for 45 minutes and a man walked in who only spoke spanish and a worker named Sergio, who also spoke spanish, immediately took his phone and helped him with what he needed without him having to put his name on a list since they both spoke Spanish. It must be nice to have such privileges.
Hi Amy! It's disappointing to learn that we did not live up to our high standards for customer service. There was a reason behind this interaction behind the scenes but we understand that can look confusing and be frustrating to the customers who have been sitting and waiting. Went in for a warranty phone pick up and was in there for 25 mins and no one acknowledged me. Two people skipped me cause they knew the employee. Left and came back to no one there and still waited 25 mins. Worst experience I've had with TMobile..

If they need a suggestion of a T-Mobile to go to. I would definitely suggest this one. The people that work there are so nice they know what they're doing which is a plus you feel confident that they've fixed your phone.

Such a BEAUTIFUL experience Ian G was 1000000/10. He went above and beyond and not only took care of all my needs but also made me feel so welcomed and really fed my human spirit! I will only be coming back to this T-Mobile and working with Ian in the future! Can not recommend enough!!
A big shout out to Ian Graves! Ian went above and beyond to help me get my phone activated. He could have sent me on my way, but he decided to go above and beyond to help. He was friendly, professional and provided great customer service. Ian has been the best customer service employee I have encountered in years!!! Thanks again for your help Ian!
I have been in twice recently to switch from tmobile then back to tmobile. Scott helped us the first time and Mary the second. They both went above and beyond to help us with setting up our new lines. These things can be a pain in the butt but they took care of everything! Made it quick and painless and were very helpful and transparent. Didn't feel like I was being pushed or sold into anything. Which was super refreshing. So thankful for their help!! Mary and Scott are the BOMB! 馃槉
