I went to have my phone checked out because the screen was broken and they had a technician at the store. When I got there, the employee who helped me out told me I did not have insurance, but that the tech on site could still look at the phone. The technician was very professional, but could not help me with the screen as I did not have the protection plan. Fabi was able to help me upgrade my phone and I had an amazing experience with the whole team! I’ve been coming to this store for years and they’re always so helpful.

You shouldn't gatekeep services from the only customer walking in needing assistance when you have 6 or more employees being idle. Even when my issues couldn't be resolved, I've never had such initial hesitation or feeling like I wasn't welcome at any other ATT store, and only came (out of my way) to this store because I was told it had a technician, whom I asked to see when I first arrived here but was initially denied because I didn't have insurance. See what the problem is first then give any bad news (as I understand as employees you are beholden to jerk managers and their policies as well), but don't pass that hesistation to the customer walking in. I might have overreacted when I decided to immediately leave but again this is a bad situation I was in and stressful and busy and did not appreciate such pushback, it's frankly insulting when there is a store full of idle employees and no other customers.

I called this store to see if they can change my line from att prepaid to postpaid when I buy a new phone, they said I would not be able to keep my phone number, turns out it's not an issue at all and they just lied because if I get a new number they would get more commission for the new number, I tried several att stores and they all said the same thing, finally found some good people in another att store that said it was no problem, that store was on 120th and Washington, go there, stay away from this one. They just lie so they can pocket more money.

On a family vacation, they told my wife they had her part to fix her phone and so we waited out front to her it then they called and said "oh we don't have that part anymore but we tried calling you guys" and my wife told them we had been sitting out front for over an hr waiting and they said we'll we don't have the part. So ya

Nick provided amazing service. Completely broke my phone. Went into the store and Nick had me out the door with the insurance claim filed and a new phone on the way in less than 15 minutes. Received my phone in the mail the next day.

I just bought a new phone and came in, and "Kevin" REALLY HELPED me transfer data.... He and other staff went above and beyond in transferring my data. VERY PLEASED with the service.

AT&T won’t let you out a review on the website so I have to pick a store and put it there. AT&T is the WORST cell phone company I’ve been with them for over 4 years constantly almost every single month I have bill problems. They never work with me, constant wrong information and then charge me for more random new fees. Could care less about their customers don’t waste your money go somewhere else.
