Had a three line package service with them. I recently transfer two of them with Xfinity because an offer they have, and came to this metro location to see if I could get a nice deal if I stay with them, and the young clerk, instead of tryin to offer something he directly told me that having a 3 lines for 110, one line would be 60 usd, so I said that is expensive and he answered: if you want to move this line it is up to you, so I thought of course is up to me, it's my money!!!!. So I just told ok, and I'll move my business to other company. This happened Saturday 25 at ~2 pm
They can close shop when they want like they own this Metro location, just lazy or nonexistent service

Never had any issues from this store, The representatives has always been helpful, Angel was great with all of my questions and concerns.

This has to be the WORST store I have ever been in they are VERY RACIEST and RUDE will NEVER go back 0 stars WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to be CALLED A RACIAL SULR !!!!!!

This is a really nice and tidy store. Great customer service!
So happy I switched to metro .. 4 lines for $120 plus free amazon prime !! The people here are very nice and the store is very clean.
