Went to this store to add a line. Ended up getting 3 new phones and upgrading one. The reps added on services and products I specifically said no to. Just got my bill and it’s over $300 more than expected. I have had to called customer services 4 times to get various add-ones removed that we did not want. This place is not to be trusted. Go else where and get different phone service. AT&T customer service could only tell me to return to the store for corrections since the reps were not truthful regarding all the up charges and failed to disclosed fees. I responded to your email and keeping in line with your customer service no response. Is it standard for you to provide an email no one monitors? Typical.

Truly the man who worked with us (Orlando who moved here from Texas) went above and beyond. We had lines at T-mobile and were confused about our provider. He presented everything by to us and we SWITCHED. We literally walked into the WRONG store and changed providers because of your sales guy. Phenomenal

I've had mixed feelings about this location , but they have definitely changed my mind the last couple times I came in. They honored a quote from another store that was not policy and just fixed my phone that my kid factory reset. They will take the time to make things right is what I'm saying. Thank you guys.

I had issues with my phone. 2x I came in on the same day and dealt with 2 different young men. Both were so helpful and kind. They bent over backwards to help me. I will never leave att because of those 2 men. Castle rock att you guys kill it! Thank you

The guy working wasn’t much help. Insisted on calling me bro over and over. Don’t waste your time with this location.

I went to this store to buy a new phone. I told the person who helped me that I just needed a new phone and no other changes. I should have known something was up when as part of the process he asked me to log on to my phone to reject insurance after it was activated. When I got home I got an email that listed out all the changes that had been made on my account. The email said my account now had insurance, the ATT Next program, and that I had been signed up for an AARP discount (edit: I am not even close to the right age for that). I did not consent to any of these things. I suspect the employee was trying to help their bonus or performance metrics. My bill went from ~$90 to ~$130, but after three calls to corporate and about an hour of time, I got back to the original bill.

Savannah (hope I spelt that correct) was an ANGEL! Super quick and helped me solve issues with my new phone asap. she truly deserves a raise! Thank you AT&T for also convincing me to make the switch and save $100 on my bill a month!!!!
Thank goodness for Alexis! She is so wonderful. We had an issue with our phones today and she stepped up to help. She was the only one working and another customer came in and was very rude to her that she didn't stop everything and help them. We really appreciated the attention she gave to our issue and felt like she really cared to fix it. Even though she wasn't feeling well, and was the only one there, she was gracious and professional.
Eric helped us activate a new phone, after we had spent several hours on the phone with ATT tech support, who finally told us the SIM card in the new phone was bad. They could send us one, or we could go to a store to get one. We luckily chose this location. Eric gave us a new SIM card and then we waited until he helped a few other customers ahead of us for him to activate the phone. He loaded the SIM and got the phone working for us. He is a very professional person, gave us his phone number and asked us to call him or come in with any other issues. I highly recommend Eric at this ATT store.
The customer service when we switched seems good until a couple months later. They can't get our bill right, we are being overcharged, and they told us at the store they can't do anything about it. ALL BECAUSE THE STORE MESSED UP SIGNING US UP PROPERLY. Tried calling corporate and unfortunately we continue to get customer serice that cant fix the issues. Poor overall experience.
