I enjoy shopping at this location as they have the largest selection out of my local stores! One major note as I read the reviews is the staff. They are young and mostly high school kids looking for a part time job. These are kids learning and most there first job ever. If you respond to their greeting they will gladly help you to the best of their knowledge. Product is ever rotating with fresh looks! Definitely recommend this location!

Cashier short handed me $30. Purchase was $118.30 or something like that so I gave the cashier $150. Then on the register he entered $120 for the given amount. Told him I gave him $150 and he said I gave him $120. I get that mistakes happen, but this store owes me $30 of the $31 something that was suppose to be given back! And I know I didn’t give him a $20 bill because I didn’t have a $20 bill to give, the cash i had in my wallet was a couple 50s, a 10, and 5 1s.

If I could I’d rate this a 0. My children got racially profiled. They were simply getting a dressed from the top of the rack with a hook. There were no employees to help them. Once they store manager came she told them “NEXT TIME ASK ME” in a rude tone. They were the only brown/POC in the store and this is how they get treated. They might be young consumers but this is not acceptable. Would never recommend. Taylor at the Park meadows location needs to be reprimanded for her poor customer service and for profiling.

Stopped in to pick up part of an online order this morning, never been in before today. It will for sure be my last time, and will never designate a pick up in store here for any online orders in the future. All seemed cool, calm and relaxed until the obscenely snooty female employee (possibly manager) got involved in my pick up process. She was snarky, brashly mannered, and overly impressed with herself. Greeting me with an ill toned 'buddy' was rather demeaning, and her mannerisms and attitude towards me, a paying customer, was not a good look in all honesty. Now I see, after a quick glance into other reviews, this is not uncommon? Nice, good to know. Bummed I didn't catch the trends earlier on so I could have avoided a buzzkill interaction! Naturally over time, you'll notice business slowing and declining, until you're just another brand that becomes forgotten at Park Meadows and pushed out like many others have over the years. What ya need is better hiring strategies!

Although the clothes here are great, the staff is rude and insensitive. After having sizing troubles and not finding a dress that fit her, a friend of mine felt stressed and began to tear up outside. One helpful associate, Madi, went out of her way to find a couple more dresses that worked but when we returned I happened to overhear a few other workers sharing rude comments regarding my friends mood. I found the fact that they were willing to discuss this within earshot of their customers to be not only unprofessional but just simply rude. I don't normally review unless my experience somewhere is exceptionally good or just awful. Unfortunately this is the latter...

Awful experience. Rude sales associates. Were nice to us until we our friend won a draw, and although she wasn't there, yet we were, they didn't let us take the prize. That's understandable, of course. Although what aggravates us is their behavior afterwards. They were very rude to us and once we made it clear our friend couldn't come back, they gave us glares and one lady in particular made us feel very bad. They should have made the rules much more clear before they drew (such as told everyone not to leave until our win was verified), but instead they made us feel it was only our fault and treated us as if we were shoplifting. If anything we saved them money because they didn't have to reward a prize; you're welcome. Great customer service.

I love this store! The manager is awesome and she has a great staff too. Everyone is so willing to help me pick out things for my son and daughter. They help grab sizes and make great suggestions on outfits.

Very good shirts and good verity of different Santa Cruz shirts.

I was in Tillys earlier tonight and I didn’t catch the employees name, but I wanted to write a review on how helpful he was. It was the tall guy with the sides of his head faded & lovely flower tattoos (I believe) & he was wearing a watch lol. I was looking for some jeans and he was extremely helpful, I had never been into tillys before and he made my experience amazing and I will definitely be returning. I walked out with 4 pairs of jeans that I’m extremely happy with thanks to him!
