Amazing customer service from Skye! She demonstrated expert product knowledge and she was friendly and efficient. Even with a crowded store she gave everyone individualized assistance. Thank you for helping me pick out my new favorite shoes!

Ridiculous return and exchange policy. Terrible employees.(Especially Walker- He doesn't have any knowledge about the store. Make customer confused.) Do not shop at this store.

Sky saved my Christmas!!! I bought a pair of Ugg’s from dillards on in store pick up and when I went in they weren’t there! It took me about 30 phone calls to different places and sky was my saving grace. Her disposition, professionalism, treatment of me and help means the world and saved me a lot of chest pain!

We looked everywhere for a pair of blue crocs for our kiddo and you all had them. Only you. And for that I'm am thankful.

Please avoid this store I went in and bought a pair of boots from a salesperson named Ben it was a pretty lackluster interaction aside from him being very pushy and wanting me to buy socks as a person who has worked in luxury retail he needs a few tips on how to sell aside from that I received a creased pair of boots and when I contacted the store to exchange them they told me to come in I go on Google and check the opening time which it said 10 AM I am there at 10 AM and no doors are open I wait until about 1030 at that point it was ridiculous and I had to call corporate fortunately they have a very professional corporate team unlike their store staff and I was able to get it resolved through the phone but once again if you shop here avoid BEN. Tips for Ben -be a little bit more welcoming when people come into the store -when you see someone standing outside of your store just don’t stare at them and give them some type of direction -don’t be super pushy when it comes to pushing product to people it comes off as poor -do try to be more nice to people -and take care of your self your energy is very nasty

Only because I can't give no stars. This is by far the worst journeys location I have ever been to. The "managers", who are probably 19, were rude to us. They talked me into buying a pair of shoes that really hurt my feet and told me to wear them for a few hours and they would break in. So that's what I did. I wore then for a few hours the next day. They still hurt my feet. So I went to take them back. The girl who sold them to me told me the shoes were non refundable because of their "poor condition". And I needed to keep them or exchange them. But I could not return them. Worst location I have ever been to. Never going to a Journeys again.

The people in there were great. Except the one dude who literally did nothing but insult customers and employees because he “has been there longer so he does it better.” Well sorry dude you didn’t sell me shoes, your “unqualified” coworker did.

I tried on a pair of 100 dollar shoes and it hurt my feet a little, the "manager" convinced me that they might just need to break in and told me to wear them for a couple of hours. So I did just that, and they still hurt my feet. So I went to return them, and they said they couldn't return them in a worn condition (they had a little dirt on them and I wiped it off with my finger) but they said they could exchange them for another pair. Horrible place, I guess that's what happens when 16 year olds run a store.

I visited here back in December. And was pleasantly surprised. Guy helping me why is it very helpful and attentive. And not a bad price on the shoes. Will definitely visit here again. Good Vibes.
