This updated Finish Line is very nice. Big store with quite a few shoes to select from. The gentlemen who helped me were on their shoe selling game! Check dates on the app. for dates as retros are in slim selection. I would like to see them carry more clothing and apparel.

Very welcoming store staff is all so friendly including Hana such a wonderful girl and great help with everything along with the manger Dom so helpful and nice

Drove in out of town went here earlier today and honestly had the best customer service experience from Hana (hope I spelled her name right. Really sweet and understanding young lady, she was quick and efficient too with bringing me my shoes as well as genuinely giving great recommendations for my Nikes! Also helped explain the jd app really well for future coupons! Loved this store and the staff so much and I cannot wait to return to JD Sports soon again.

Jarold was incredibly helpful in making sure my son found a great shoe for basketball and he was very informative. Definitely will shop here again.

Went here a few days ago and had the best experience. I frequent here for clothing/ shoes for kids and myself, they have some good sales. Reading some of these other reviews, and I have to disagree. Recently, the store has always looked great, fully stocked, they were fast to grab sizes, the associates were so fun and friendly.

Extremely rude staff. Took forever for them to even look in their inventory for the shoes and then waited another 10 minutes for them to bring out one shoe. I can’t believe they didn’t even bring out both to try on.

Didn’t even want to put a star was at this store today and when I walked in, didn’t see any workers so I was looking at a jacket when I happened to look to my right, I seen the worker that was working this morning peeking over at me didn’t ask me if I needed any help at all so I walked around walked right in front of (HIM) didn’t say hi how are you doing? Do you need any help nothing there was a taller young lady that worked there as well. Didn’t ask if I needed any help if people don’t like their job, they shouldn’t work in a place like this. The two workers that were working today are very rude probably anything will be done about this, but thought I would bring it to whoever’s attention . Do better with your workers and customer service. .

Honestly, this store deserves all new floor employees. Yesterday I walked in and not a single one of them helped me or asked me. I could’ve stolen hundreds worth of clothes if I really wanted to. All the employees do is stare at your shoes when you walk in. As if you ain’t got on nothing “good” they won’t help me. I just think the manager of this store needs to have a talk with every employee and reevaluate positions. Because I can tell everyone that was in the store yesterday had to be their 1st-3rd job. Being that they aren’t experienced at all. Although, i don’t know how experienced you need to be to sell shoes lol. But good luck JD, horrible franchise.

Had a really good experience here. I had questions and I accidentally ended up speaking with the manager, Austin who went above and beyond. He was super patient with all my questions, explained things clearly, told me he wasn't sure where he truly wasn't sure (which is what I want when I ask questions). He found socks for my son in the back that weren't yet put on the floor. I don't usually expect a lot of personal attention at shops like this, but I was really pleasantly surprised by this spot and the manager.

Store isn’t what is use to be! Service terrible employees don’t care. Good thing is they don’t back door shoes. They let them walk right out the front. Everything raffled yet people walking out with bags of the shoes that were “raffled.” Be better JD Sports!
