First time in this store for black Friday and I fell in love! This store is amazing! They have so many great things, from clothing, to auto, to animal feed. I even bought cooking stuff. They have work clothes for everyone! I can't wait to go back.

We bought a kerosene heater, with warranty. It was some weeks before we used it but then it broke within a week. We tried to return it for exchange. They were out of stock. Rather than having us return the thing for a refund, they were supposed to find one. They Never called. When I later called the store to see what had ever become of the project they were less than helpful. Meaning that the heaters were out of stock when I first asked for help with the problem so they just blew me off until it was too late to return the heater and get our money back. The almost helpful young woman on the phone let us know that we can deal directly with the warranty company. She then hung up on me while I was complaining about their indifference, demonstrating their indifference. There are better stores than the Tractor Supply Company.

I was the guy who accidentally let a pig out in the equipment yard, your yard hands were absolutely mint... 🤌 They helped me chase that big ol sow all over the yard and get her back in the trailer without a single complaint. 100% would recommend letting a pig loose here

Hailey & Cori are a true asset to your business~ their customer service is outstanding!! Tonight I picked up another online order, with curbside delivery. And, these ladies not only delivered it quickly, but even made sure my huge bins were in excellent shape, and packed them into my car carefully & with precision. This is the type of service that breeds customer loyalty, and I'll keep coming back often thanks to them! 5☆

Often have to find someone to check you out in the mornings, nobody at the front. But decent place, great for propane. Often left waiting.

Had a blast yesterday with the gals trying to find replacement tires for a project. Great crew here! They went above and beyond to help us find the missing parts at another store

Went to tractor supply on frontage road in ft.collins, Friday November 18,2022 approximately 8:40p.m. There were 2 "customer service employees" just standing there one sitting on goods counter on his phone the other talking with him. I asked if I could get propane refill, they turn to look at each other, smirk and with a "smile". The male employee laughing tells me no but u come first thing in a.m. I'll get you filled up, and right back to his phone. He doesn't know If i have kids at home that are depending on this propane for heat maybe a sick elderly, he has no idea, and the fact the temperature didnt get above 15 degrees today for a high. He has the gull to tell me know when theres plenty of time to fill my 30 pound fairly small tank. If this is a typical Tractor Supply procedure I'll take my business elsewhere.

I bought a trailer here, and had immediate issues with it. We are preparing for a trip and needed a fix ASAP. I called and Korie was super helpful to resolve the problem, she was also great through the sale. Later that afternoon I noticed the other wheel also had an issue - I called again and Tiffany was awesome at finding something in store that we could swap out. I really appreciate the help from these two and recognize that they went above and beyond to help us last minute.

The store itself is a typical Tractor Supply Store, kept pretty well stocked and very clean. The customer service is great unless it's in the evening time and you need propane, they seem to always be out or it's broken they say. But then in the morning its full and working... evening crews are full of excuses to not fill propane. .

Worst TSC ever. Orders are rarely pulled ahead of time and ready. We came tonight at 8:20, and they refused to fill propane tanks because the "yard closes at 8:30". I wish the Loveland one was closer, because their employees actually seem to care.
