Great place with very helpful staff. This place can get very busy and at some points there is a line. Prices are good and the manager Ted is really cool and pleasant down to earth

I am impressed with the customer service I received here! The first time I called Tiara she was great in helping me find the specifics of the paint that was used on my house in 2018. They were out of a particular base at that time so I waited a few weeks to call back and I order what I needed. Tiara was the one to help me again and this time she was able to secure the last quart in the particular base i needed. She was thorough, kind and knowledgeable. I didn't get to meet her when I went to pick up my paint, but the gentleman sales associate was equally pleasant. I'm happy to know that this business takes customer service seriously and they employ people that care to help others.

I brought in an old can and a dilemma of a home purchase marred by sellers who marked up the home with the wrong sheen paint in hundreds of locations. Patient staff at Sherwin worked to color and help sheen - match a sample and worked until I was happy. Several painters in town told me the problem was because the home had been sprayed during construction, and the only hope was repainting! The work at the store was a HUGE SUCCESS!! The color match saved me thousands in repainting the whole home. Thank you, Sherwin Williams and your dedicated staff, and specifically Charles!

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff that helped me figure out what I actually needed/wanted for my project. Good selection of paint colors and generally paint supplies as well. Also, if you set up an account with them they will save your paint colors so you don’t have to keep track of them yourself. You could just show up and ask ‘what was that gray color I used?’ They have plenty of parking and they’re super easy to get to.

I have bought paint at this location multiple times and have had above average to exceptional customer service each time.... until today. I don’t know if it’s because their COVID-19 “pick up only” protocol is starting to wear on them, or they’re irritated to be working on a Sunday but the employee I spoke to over the phone and the one that brought out the paint to my car was nothing but rude. I’m sure one of the other Sherwin-Williams locations will appreciate my business.

I had a small issue that was a total mistake on my part, but Caden went above and beyond to help me get just what I needed...at a time when they were pretty busy with other customers. He was very pleasant and knew exactly how to find the exact shade of pain that we were requesting. I don't need paint or supplies very often, but when I do, I will definitely be returning to this store. Thanks again!

Mike is amazing! We went in after an already frustrating and exhausting day of moving in and Mike was very patient and super nice. He walked us through the best options for our project, tolerated us changing our minds a couple times, and dealt with some paint problems with a smile (I assume since he had a mask on but it seemed like it). He made our whole day better and we walked out with exactly what we needed. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Thanks so much Mike! This is a great store with a very helpful staff. I was given great information about the different grades of paint and they helped arrange to get me an extra quart of paint at the other Fort Collins store when they were unable to make it for me. Also very grateful for a fantastic in-store sale!!

The employees at Sherwin Williams have always been very helpful and prompt in filling my order when I need paint. I am always given the best promotional price even without asking. I, also, appreciate the quality of the product and that my past paint colors are available so that I don't have to remember the name of the color to reorder. Sherwin Williams is where I go to purchase paint and supplies.
