I only did a package drop off quickly today but the fact that they have 4 major package carriers and also do printing, notary, PO Boxes and a whole lot of other stuff makes this place the be all end all for shipping. I will definitely be coming back in the future whenever I need do stuff like that. I had no clue that independent shipping places like this even existed before today haha.

Great place. Great service. You know when they say shop local, well this is what I do when I need to send something or when I need to return something. The person working there is just super nice and will help you so much. Before everything is Walmart or Amazon, support your local businesses.

Harasi was so helpful when I came in this morning to ship a package! I didn't have any of the materials I needed and she helped me, printed the warning label I needed for the lithium battery, and got it all ready to go. What an awesome store and such a better experience than I'm used to having at post office and shipping places! Definitely recommend this place to anyone in Longmont who needs to ship a package.

This place is absolutely great. The woman that helped me send my passport renewal papers was so charming and even helped me double check all my documents before sending to PA by priority. Thank you so so much! Friendliest person I've interacted with all week!!

No way this is a legit business . Absolute worst service and zero knowledge of operations behind the desk. The attendant had to call her boss by phone 3 times during my fed ex return ; spent more than 25 minutes there total, and still I ended up having yo leave and go somewhere else because she couldn’t figure it out . When I went somewhere else to return , I was in and out- so I know it wasn’t me or my return label that was the problem.
“PLEASE NOTE FOR –DROP OFF’S HAVE YOUR PACKAGE TAPED AND READY TO GO” We have the above text displayed outside and on the counter for couple of reasons: The manufacturer or the company who sent the label will give specific packaging requirements which we are unaware of. UPS and FedEx compensate 0.75 cents or less per package ideally to scan the label and give a drop off receipt. In this case our colleague went all out to help by bringing two rugs from the car, taping it, and printing a label from an email. The label gave an error message which prevented us from giving a drop off receipt, again we have limited control over preprinted labels. So we suggested contacting the carrier or the company. She loaded the rugs back in the car. Seems like she did get the package ready for it to be processed very quickly by the other location. The retired person who was working part time, who helped with all these, has quit today citing the feedback. And we wonder why self service kiosks are taking over the customer service industry.
Harasi was so cheerful and friendly when I stopped in today! I got my document notarized and mailed off with no trouble. This business is conveniently located nearby work for me, so I'll be happy to return when the need arises :)

I’ve always had a great experience here, but what pushed it over the top for me this year was the holiday stickers on the package I mailed the week before Christmas. Such a lovely touch! The service was super friendly, and I arrived 10 minutes before their posted opening time to find their doors were unlocked and she was already helping customers (unlike the post office or big box stores where they don’t unlock the doors until exactly the opening minute). Highly recommend!

They do not offer services for transient customers for package pickup or receiving. I have traveled the continental US full time and this is the first “pack and ship” company that does not provide this service. Wasn’t even willing to provide the service for a fee.
We did try to explain, you can open a mailbox with us by signing a 1583 authorizing us to receive mail on behalf of you(which is required by the postmaster). We can't accept packages without any ID proof for the receiver or the necessary paperwork which you weren't ready to hear. We don't make the laws, we just follow them. We want to reiterate that this review is based on a 30 second phone call not a customer who walked into the store and was denied a service or wasn't helped with a service we offered.
I haven’t been to the main post office in Longmont in ages because this place is so great! Harasi is so helpful. Just bring what you are shipping and she’ll find the right box and packing materials for you. It’s cheap and totally worth it!
