Tammi and Madison were truly so wonderful and such a treat. Very accommodating and kind. You can really tell Tammi loves what she does, who she meets, and the people she works with. Nothing but a pleasure getting to spend some time with them.

The only reason my husband and I go to this FedEx is for Tammi. Her customer service skills are unmatched, her smile is so bright and she is always willing to go above and beyond for her customers with whatever they need help with. She is so efficient but also makes sure that everyone in line is acknowledged and greeted in a friendly manner. FedEx- give this woman a raise!! Your friends, Brad and Covenant

Manager Tammi is absolutely awesome!! Anytime I need a project done; She is willing to help me figure it out. The finished project comes out looking beautiful. I definitely recommend her store.

Tammi was very sweet and helpful, and I learned you can print b&w at FedEx for only 19 cents (after just dropping off something at UPS where to print my label was $1.99 woof). Thanks Tammi!!!

I ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. I FEEL LIKE I AM VISITING A FRIEND, TAMMI IS SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

I needed to return a jacket I purchased online from Levi's. Luckily, Levi's customer service directed me to this FedEx location. I was helped by Tammi. She has got to be the smartest, most nicest person that has ever worked at FedEx in the whole history of FedEx or any other delivery service. Including UPS, DHS or USPS. If you need a FedEx, do yourself a favor and go to this location.

Went in on 3/7/23 at 5:40pm and the location was already closed despite every single online platform showing 6pm as their closing time. Wasted my time, won't be back.

Paid $75 to make sure my shipment would be there overnight. 5 days later the package arrived. Fed Ex customer service, said they would not refund money because they don't guarantee anything between 11/1 - 1/19. That would have been a great thing to know before shipping. So I get to Eat $75 and Fed Ex loses a previous customer for life. Great business model :( I will make sure to spread the word to fellow business owners.

Do superheroes exist? If they do, Tammi A. is definitely one of them. I stopped by to print a proposal and ship some documents on a tight deadline. Tammi made something super stressful seem like a cakewalk. I cannot begin to explain how attentive and customer focused she is. What an amazing example of going above and beyond for a customer. Thanks again for all your help.
