The Store had closed twenty minutes before I got there, I had the time of closing off. Lux went out of his way to assist to get my boxes into the UPS Store. He and the other Staff were very pleasant and absolutely helped me out! Thank you, Lux!

Lux was extremely rude when I took in my packages for return and I didn’t have the packaging which I was unaware of. I had the packing slip or the return slips and he refused to take my packages wanted to charge me $11.99 and was very rude and wooshed me out the store! I watched him be very kind, and even wave fees for printing for the woman prior to me, but became extremely combative and rude out of nowhere for no reason to me! Two days later I go back to ship my things or get my returns sent off when they’ve already lost another package that I have $50 held up on and he is extremely rude and unprofessional and I am never going to return to the store ever ever ever again because it is awful!

Don't come here for your Amazon returns! The front desk man was making me box a boxed item for $33 when I clearly mentioned Amazon does not require that. He insisted of me contacting amazon for a gift card to give to him. He even wanted me to leave my item in their store. I ended up driving to another location and the other location took my box without any problem. Be aware of the tall tan man (kind of bald)! He even tried to sound as if he was giving me a good packaging deal and I should take the deal or I would be crazy. Never again going back there!

I usually don't leave reviews but Lux gave me excellent customer service. He was friendly, considerate of my needs and polite! That kind of service is getting more difficult to receive these days.

Lux understands the lost art of customer service! He is kind, sharp and very informed, not to mention, extremely helpful! Definitely stop by this UPS store (lots of parking too) at 17th/Main in Longmont to receive great service!

UPS store in Longmont is quite affordable. The Manager Lux and staff members are cooperative. Store is also clean . I would highly recommend it for postal services .

A while back, I had to return a ton of stuff for my mom. They were so patient and helpful while I sifted through emails, labels and boxes. My Mom went in to return more stuff today and she said “they are so great, please give them a good review for me”. Thank you, guys. You are our family UPS store now because of your great service!

The Manager Lux was so kind and helpful. My first time returning huge and expensive items and he made it very easy!! Plus, he helped me unload it from my car!!

This place is a mess. Box rental pricing fluctuates and is too high for the level of service provided. Multiple times, they have misplaced my packages and I've had to argue with them and show proof from delivery tracking to make them actually locate my packages. Then when they find them, they still act like I'm some kind of lunatic for insisting that I receive my packages. One particular employee mumbles so badly that I can never understand him and I've even asked other customers nearby if they understood what he said to which they respond that they can't either. I misplaced my box key and asked for a replacement but 3 months later, they still don't have my replacement key and give me attitude when I have to ask them to retrieve my mail for me. When my rental period is up, I will not be renewing.
