Famous Footwear

Cashier next to us was talking about my sister not wanting to purchase shoes with what looked like snot on them to her customers. There's no reason to be rude or think people are being picky when spending money. Seems to be the norm in Colorado these days.

Was supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m. today according to their handwritten sign. Showed up before 4:00 p.m. and they are already closed it's been an ongoing issue now for approximately a week of their handwritten signs not being accurate. What's the point of having a handwritten sign if that will not even be accurate. Unfortunately we ordered online. The shoes my son always gets and they must be Miss marked on size, because the size 11 is bigger than his dad's size 12. So now we get to run around the state to try and find an open store turn the shoes just to get the accurate size

Nobody shows to open the store on a consistent basis. Me as well as 4 others decided to go to the store next door and buy shoes.

The sale lady her name was Shantae she was very helpful you need more sale people like her, thank you for great bargains. Will shop hear again.

Me and my mom arrived at 5:50 (the stores temporary hours said they closed at 6). The doors were locked. We tried getting the attention of the women at the register on her phone to ask if the other stores in the area had the same temporary hours or if they were open later. The women completely ignored us until my mom started knocking on the window then she finally walked over. She came over and told us through the door that the store was closed multiple times without even listening to our question and then walked away and got back on her phone. We ended up going to the famous footwear at Denver premium outlets and were in and out of the store in less then 5 minutes.

Placed an online order and was wondering why it was taking so long I had a party to go to and pick up said one hour.Arrived at the store, and it was close due to staffing!!! So annoying!!! Come on management!!!

Great location! Greeted upon arrival, found what we were looking for, and went to check out. Our cashier was awesome, wish I caught her name so I could leave her a compliment for her friendliness. I do know her shift started at 6am Saturday 08/13/22. From now on this will be the only location I go to.

Love the inventory. Although work shoes ie composite or steel toe.

Very rude employees who don't care about helping customers. According to the company, they will replace damaged items. This store does not follow that policy. They were rude and blamed the company for the damage, even though I purchased them from them. Ended up going to the company itself to get a new pair--don't waste your time at this location.

Went last week when the store was opening, the lady seemed upset she had customers. Stood at the register on her phone the entire time and could not be bothered. Had to return the shoes yesterday, same lady. Rude the moment I walked in, seemed upset I was making a return, was rude, short and dissimissive. She pointed me to another gal to assist with the return and proceeded to keep trying to argue and be rude. I finally said who is supposed to be helping me? You or her? She claimed to be the manager and said I was rude .... I returned the behavior she was giving me and she didn't seem to like that.
