Unfortunately, stores dedicated to promoting and supporting tennis have become rare. It is such a treat to finally find one of the few remaining outposts dedicated to the cause. I appreciate the selection of racquets, bags, strings, and related equipment here. Full stringing services are available and the staff is really friendly and attentive. You know how sometimes you visit a store and the staff doesn’t have a sufficient level of knowledge to assist you? Well that isn’t the case here. These folks actually understand the game and can provide you with valuable feedback and recommendations. A new area was built for Pickleball equipment! Very helpful staff and the best is the demo program. Demo paddles for $5 each (got a couple of days) and once you buy the one you choose, the money paid for demos will be discounted. Also, the best store to get pickleball shoes, you need them to play outdoors to prevent many injuries.

GAME, SET, LOVE this store! If you are looking for knowledgeable and friendly staff, look no further. I was in need of a new racket. They took the time to seriously talk to me about what kind of player I was, what were my needs and helped me try several kinds and fall in love with my new racket. The friendly staff always greats you with a smile and treat you respectfully (even if you are there to just ask questions and browse around). No high pressure sales. Just friendly and honest service. You can't buy customer service like that at an online discounted tennis store! Worth the drive. They won't disappoint you! Also conveniently located! Drop by on your drive home!

Luke was great help. He was very helpful in explaining the demo program and finding a demo racquet. Other staff was friendly, I was greeted upon going into the store. I definitely recommend the Centennial location!

Adam, Clayton and the entire team at GSM are the best. I am the Director of Racket Sports at Snowmass Club and we hired them this summer to install new logoed wind screens. They arrived early, worked hard, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

I see reviews about great customer service. My experience was the complete opposite. While I was waiting to be helped with pickleball paddles as I'm new to the sport, four to five other customers walked in and were greeted like old friends....as I waited...and waited. I have seldom seen such poor customer service. It's possible that I didn't fit their normal customer profile. If so, that's a shame. I would not recommend this business unless they know you.

I LOVE this store for all the reasons stated by those who also gave very high marks - amazing staff, tremendous knowledge, great merchandise, etc. This is why I have been a customer for many years. But here's something more impressive - you can count on them, and I mean that. Over the weekend, my daughter popped her racquet strings and of course she had a backup. When my husband dropped it off late Saturday, they told him Tuesday. Instead, not only did they have it ready within 24 hours, but I also told them I couldn't find replacement shoelaces anywhere for my daughters tennis shoes and guess what? They let me choose a pair from their basket of laces, nice ones, may I add, and they refused payment. Here, you get treated like family, and that's what keeps me here:-). They NEVER disappoint. I can't even comprehend how a negative review of this place could ever be generated, I really don't.

Left my Raquet to be strung on Monday Jan 24 at the Centennial store, and right after, I received a text telling me that I had enough points for a free can of balls, so when I picked it up Today I requested that free offer. They checked on the computer and was about to get the can of Penn balls when they mentioned that I had to buy something first, so not sure of the wording on the text I received, I retrieved it from my phone and showed that there's no mention of a purchase to qualify and that the strings is what prompted the offer, but they insisted that I had to purchase something else first. Left the store and told them they lost a customer for not honoring their own promotion. Don't really care for a free can of balls but it's the principle and will never set foot on that store again. HATE SCAMS !!!!!

While our website and store signage do indicate that a purchase is required, we realize now that the text message did not. Our sincerest apologies for this oversight. We have since updated the language in our messaging system to make the offer more clear: "free can of balls with purchase." Again, we apologize and hope you'll give us another chance to make things right.
