Big 5 is not one the the big boys but sometimes it has just what I am looking for. Ur greeted at the door and asked if they can help you find something. They always have a sale on shoe. Check out the sales ad in the store or online. Download a coupon and save $5.

Unlike many retail stores these days, this one had plenty of help to answer our questions and steer us to the right place. One sales rep even provided a demonstration for me of a product I didn't quite understand. The prices are good, too.

My husband and I have been nothing but pleased when we stop here. The sales are amazing! The staff is great! Recently Brian was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

When you ask a simple question and they tell you to hold on because the phone starts ringing... after you asked your question first. Great customer service 👍😒 also no live bait.

Your store was out of a certain brand of women's shoe size . Grant went out of his way to go to the Castle Rock store to pick it up and brought back to the Quebec location. When we went to pick it up, with Brian's assistance we purchased an extra pair of a different brand. Thank you Brian and especially Grant for their excellent customer service.

This is a good-sized Big-5. Every Big-5 I've been to is a lot smaller than any other sporting goods store but there's still good selection and much better prices than anywhere else. I love the selection and prices of shoes here. I'll buy my shoes at Big-5 for the rest of my life!

Always buy my knives here. Make sure to ask what the daily special is cuz its a special in store only

Never open past 6:30 any more due to incompetent management, there are workers who want the store to stay open

They had quite the assortment of shoes to choose from. The Sketchers were exactly what I needed.

The stores prices seem high but my partner had a coupon that they let me used as well....that helped some and was grateful.
