This is what customer service used to be. I am blown away with how fast, clean, and nice these gentleman are. I came in as they opened with no appointment truck full of my stuff bc I’m moving this morning and found a nail. They were so quick to get it fixed and get me back on the road. These guys are my heroes today! I’ll be back here when I’m due for new tires and rims :)

Easy to see right off the main strip. Unfortunately this wasn't the store I had my appointment set at... that store was just a little further down the road. Seemed like a great customer service policy in place and wasn't too crowded.

Dillon and Discount team members were great and understanding in my situation after just purchasing a car and not having enough for all 4 wheels at the time. But then went above and beyond and got my other 3 tires ordered in and put on a very timely manner. Not only are the technicians and staff are very knowledgeable. They help you get something within your budget and help get the best application for your vehicle to be safe on the road.

Excellent service, I just needed some wheels with tires I had already mounted swapped out with my old set. They didn't charge me at all and even bagged my old wheels and tires up. I was shocked they didn't charge me so I made sure to tip the guys who did the swap, made my day!

I have been a customer for almost three years now and this place has wonderful service. The staff is always welcoming and on point with their suggestions. They work fast and efficiently.

best tire shop around. I went there a few months back to get new rims and tires, and they did an excellent job for cheap and even made one of my old tires into a spare because my old spare was really tiny (completely free of charge) the other day my tire popped and I brought it in they are currently fixing it once agian completely free of charge even though the tire was in good shape and it was my fault that it popped. other tire shops would've charged me for this even if it was under warranty like they have in the past. I absolutely love this place they genuinely care. they have fair prices and don't have "fake warrantys"

Just had a wonderful experience at this location. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and made sure to update me on any status regarding my car. They were patient with all of my questions and thoroughly walked me through all of them, which made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. Zach in particular was very helpful. Would definitely come to this location again!

I made an oopsie and hit a curb and needed both the rim and a tire. As unfortunate as it is, I hate to say that this isn't the first time it's happened. Both times I was here they were able to get me in and back out on the road in no time. Dustin helped me out this last time and although he's new, he's still very knowledgeable at his job! He was incredibly helpful and ran me through a few options that would work for me. Thank you, Discount Tire!

I just want to recommend this business. Today I went there for a tire swap. While there, they found that the all weather tires another branch of theirs in Austin, TX had put on last year, were all wrong for my vehicle and could have caused a blowout down the line when the tread wasn’t full anymore. I had no idea. They told me and put 4 brand new tires on my vehicle at no extra cost to me. They owned up to a mistake that they had made and fixed it with no issue. I applaud that and want to support that behavior.
