If you’re going to include an item with preorder, have enough of that item for people who preordered. I paid in full for Tears of the Kingdom a month ago and got to the store tonight when I could, but I don’t get the item I paid for.
It was great great customer service very helpful Do not believe in any of their online advertising for items they have been having problems for about 3 months we their online advertising the customer service at two locations I visited told me they have been trying to work with their web designer and tech support so the customer service people go beyond expectations

Called about 4-5 times to see if I could pre-order TOTK to pickup in store since their site didn't have an option to. No answer whatsoever so I pre-ordered on level 7 games website. (Shoulda done this first, support local game stores y'all,) and level 7 even called me to let me know it had come in a little early. Will probably never shop here again, which is unfortunate because I have very good memories of pre order parties here from my teenage years.
This is the best store we've been to. Our experience at the CO Mills was so disappointing. The employees were unknowledgeable, unhelpful and just plain rude. It seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and completely messed up our deluxe edition pre-order. We came to this location for help because we didn't want to go back there. Gage was was SO helpful and understanding. It was really heartwarming to see how much he cared about customer service and gaming. Night and day experiences. We only be going to this location from now on.
Anne was very helpful. She got me setup with my new PS5 and helped me get my GameStop membership updated. She answered my questions and I had an overall great experience.
I was standing in line for 15 minutes without no greeting or intent to help from associates. Store manager was busy with someone while the 3 stooges sat there playing with each other. After 15 minutes another customer walks in and is helped right away. This store sucks. Go to Belmar store for better service. Absolutely pathetic.
This place is very inconsistent, there's always new employees every other month when I visit. Also, it'd be nice if bro ringing me up would stop answering the phone (3x no less) and help look for stuff for the person calling in the middle of my transaction, its very rude and disrespectful of people's time. Ever heard of putting someone on hold?

This GameStop is great experience to go to as well I ended up placing an order online for a Playstation 4 1 TB got it in it ended up being a 5 GB so I had called the number on the receipt and they said that I need to take it back to a store got to the store found out that you're not supposed to they're supposed to have you send it back to them they helped me replace my gigabyte hard drive PlayStation 4 with what I had actually purchased which was the one terabyte they were very nice and helped out making sure that I left as a happy customer
