"Amber and Rob our pleasure to work with always good service decent prices"
"The owner or manager never served a customer while I was there."
"Nice staff had tons of neat stuff!"
They had exactly what I needed, and an assistant manager put the new part on my vehicle for me. Great and fast service!
Nathaniel was awesome. Before buying an alternator, Nate suggested testing it while on the vehicle. I took his advice, and it was a bad battery and good alt. I bought the battery he suggested and saved myself unnecessary parts and repairs. Auto zone across the street wouldn't even test my battery. Go see Nathaniel (Nate) he'll take care of you. Thanks, Nate.
Great service here. Mason here was really nice and definitely takes pride in his job.
Had a great experience when I had a dead battery. Mason helped me quickly and was friendly.
If Tyler’s working ask for him does a really great job machining rotors and is very professional
Went in to have 1 rotor turned. Should have tooken 15 minutes, took 45. Had issues the entire time beginning from the phone call. I called around 5oclock and was told they probably wouldnt have time to do it today but could still do it. They close 9. I went because it was the only oreillys that didn't have their machine broken. There were 3 employees there. Calvin looked at my rotor and immediately denied us. Luckily the other workers stepped In and said I had plenty of room on my rotor. Thanks to them we measured it and did have plenty of room, 27+. When the legal limit is 25. Calvin pushed to change the rotor himself after complaining that it couldn't be doneand took 45min to almost an hour. When we were told it would take 15 minutes because it was only 1rotor. We remeasured and it was barely above legal limit. 25, it was about 25.13. I'm upset because I feel the grind was purposely over done in order for me to have to change it the next time my pads ran out. As he stated to me as I was paying for the service. Id have to change them no matter what because they were so down. He did not have to over grind my rotor to the point of barely legal measurement. I don't think my rotors were that bad to begin with. Maybe I am over thinking it but I am very nice and don't know why that happened. The other employees were very nice and said they would have had it finished in 15 minutes. I feel robbed of my rotor for a few brake pads rounds. Rotors are very expensive. I am upset.
Came in because I was having an issue with my turn signal and a check engine light. Worked with Sean and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Easily found the right lights and walked me through the process of fixing the cooling system issue.
Thank you Leon, you went that extra step of customer service for me. I wasnt made to feel bad for even calling. He took his time and explained everything he was doing and made me feel important as a customer. We need more people like him around. You definably deserve to be acknowledged for your kindness. Thank you
I will be blunt with this review. I used to work at an O'Reilly's. I know what we had been trained to do to help our customers. This store has failed at all steps. I just simply wanted to fix my car so that I don't get pulled over for not having my headlights and they decided that instead of helping me find a solution, they would rather sit on their ladder on their phones and not even look at me. So I am taking my shop's business to advanced. I hope this review helps others looking at the store.
My husband and I were able to walk down almost every isle of the store without one employee saying anything to us. Once we went to checkout other employees were so concerned about workplace drama to realize that they were talking over the person at the counter. I'll avoid this location from now on.
We’re sorry about your poor experience with us, Shayla. Our goal is to be friendly and attentive to all customers who walk through our doors. We hope to resolve this and serve you again in the future. - O'Reilly Auto Parts
