People have seemingly been put off by a former branch manager and im not sure how long shes been gone but when i had opened my bank account here i had some of the best customer service at a bank ever and coming from Key where i previously banked was a breathe of fresh air. The staff is nice and friendly as well as quick. Very happy with this location and staff
This branch has been so good to me and my husband. We recently were scammed by a contractor and although they couldn’t help us get our money back, they did everything they could to try to help. They treated us like friends and listened and tried to give us the best advice they could. In a time of severe stress and anxiety, it feels so nice to know there are good people in this world who care about others. Thank you Brandon and Holly and everyone else who has helped us!
I've had mixed experiences at this Chase branch. For commonplace transactions, I've had good, fast service. Employees are friendly. However, for activities out of the norm, beware. Opening up an account titled in a family trust took more effort than it should have (as demonstrated twice in the past by other banks). A wire sent internationally was messed up, resulting in several days' worth of delay. Requesting any service outside of the tellers requires making an appointment. Twice I've been told that the appointment wasn't on their calendar, while I received a confirmation from their system saying it was scheduled. Three times, I've shown up for notary services and was told no one was available, or that my appointment was with someone who wasn't a notary. For services outside of tellers, I now go down the street to another branch, despite it being less convenient. 3 stars by default, -2 stars for the hassle I've had trying to get bank business done, +1 star for the seemingly genuine attitude to help
I have had exceptional customer service at this branch the last few months. The branch manager Lori is fantastic! Very professional, great follow-up and customer service-oriented. I had ordered a debit card from a personal banker and the card never arrived. Called the 800 number for customer service and the next day a debit card arrived with my husband's name instead of my name. I was so frustrated! I decided to call the branch directly. It was 5:56 pm on a Friday, just minutes before closing time at 6pm and needless to say, I was fired up! Lori stayed late to hear my saga. She fixed the issue. And she even called the following week to confirm that I had received my debit card. I spoke to Lori again today to change our account from one type to another. This saved me a trip in to see a personal banker on the weekend. I will continue to use this branch and highly recommend this branch to others in the neighborhood. Thanks, Lori!!

This branch is awesome! My husband and I have banked here since its grand opening. We have always been treated with the upmost respect and kindness by all who have worked there. Wr especially love and look forward to seeing Lori, Maria, and Derek who have all helped us with complex to every day transactions with care and and attention to completion. thanks for putting a special touch to the meaning of personal banking experience!!
Had never been to this branch until recently. Nice location, very fast service, and the teller that helped with my transaction was extremely welcoming and friendly. I’ve always loved banking with Chase and this interaction makes me want to continue banking with them.
I used the ATM to withdraw cash for a vacation only to have it tell me that it experienced a technical difficulty WHILE STILL DEBITING $603! I immediately walked into the branch to explain what happened with the receipt as proof (pictured) only to have the teller, albeit in a polite tone, tell me there is nothing they can do and "these things generally sort themselves out." I clarified that Chase owns and operates the ATM and they should notify whomever maintains the devices. She had no concern even though there were two other cars already in line to use that same ATM, which we could see through the window. I then asked what those persons were expected to do after they had been cheated as well? No answer from the teller just a polite smile and clear showing of indifference. I immediately notified my own bank, which as of today has officially closed the investigation and agreed that the Chase has incorrectly debited my account without dispensing any cash. Thanks, Chase, for your complete indifference in solving a very serious fraud case.
Have multiple personal and business accounts, as well as credit cards and a Heloc through Chase. Went in to set up another business account and was told they have no bankers and that it would be multiple days to get an appointment. That's super concerning that this location is so understaffed. Went to Wellsfargo right down the street and had no issues.
Just experienced terrible customer service from the Branch Manager at this location. There has been an ongoing attitude of contempt for customers at this location, but after reading the reviews, it is clearly a leadership problem at this location in terms of how they treat their customers. I was told that the behavior on my account triggered fraud flags, though they did not submit the incident to the fraud department, contact me or try and protect me, the customer, in any way. They only behaved rudely and said it was a "judgment" call. Look forward to see how they are going to try and handle this next week. @ChaseSupport
