Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

This location sent me on a wild-goose chase. What should have taken 10 minutes to go over 2 hours. They cost me time money and gas. My phone is broken, I took it into the store, as my phone should be under warranty. I asked if I needed to file claim I was told no. Just tell them it's going to cost $35 and that I have a plan. They sent me to a shop 16 miles away where I was then told I needed to file a claim. The store clerk there call the cricket store and told them to stop sending people over there without filing a claim. When I asked for a formal apology from the cricket authorized dealer, I was told no. Their favorite word at this location is NO. NO you can't use restroom NO you don't need to file a claim NO we can't help you NO we don't want to proved customers service NO we don't want to work NO we will not apologize Over the past few years I have spent a lot of money at cricket. My issue is not with cricket. My issue is with this authorized reseller and their staff.

I'm sitting in front of the store and the store says open, but the doors are locked and I saw a man walk out from the door in the back looked at me and turned around and went back through the doors and hasn't came back, why be open if your not going to be open? It's 2:15 pm And he Still hasn't came out I've been waiting for 25 mins now, and still no response

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to cricket a little over a week I got eight viruses wouldn't get me another phone didn't have a charger it's the worst company you could ever go to go to Walmart

Esdras was really rude and wasn't helpful at all. Very bad customer service. Hopefully next month when I pay my bill I get a different person.

This cricket store was a great experience with no hassles!!! The lady that helped me was polite and informative during the whole process. She also knew exactly what package and deal worked best for me without try to force an update!

I wish I would have gotten the names of the girls working there, they were both so lovely!! 🖤 Great, wonderful experience finding exactly the phone I wanted, dispite how picky I was being. I ended up leaving with a FREE $240 speaker for upgrading my phone, and they kindly let me hang around until my Uber got there! I definitely recommend this location!

I had a great experience here. Ruby and Crystal helped me switch a line to my account and it was super smooth. They were patient and understand of us not knowing the pin. Definitely my new preferred location. Thank you Ladies!
