I had been so frustrated by several MetroPCS stores in my area. But based on a review I read regarding this store I called there. I was helped by Sarah, a true asset to the store and the Company she resolved my problems in a fast, courteous, expert manner. When other stores and also Customer service was not able to resolve my problem. I was so frustrated I was ready to sign up with a different provider. But Sarah right away new what my problem was since certain codes had recently been changed. She even called her supervisor and then called me back to let me know my problem had been resolved. I am so very please and can highly recommend Sarah, her Manager and everyone at this store. July 1, 2019 I also want to highly recommend Patricia. She is the store Manager. She and Sarah are the best. Patricia is super knowledgeable about all the products and services MetroPCS offers. You can not go wrong by working with Patricia. She will answer all your questions and resolve any problems relating to your MetroPCS phone or how to switch, or the pros and cons of all their plans. If she can't correct any problem or answer your questions she will get the answers for you. You will not find a better store or service provider than Patricia. It makes buying or finding the right plan fun!

I purchase my phone at this location. The customer service rep also showed me the tablets they had available at the store. So I got both the phone and tablet. Very happy with my purchase. It's been almost two weeks and I love and enjoy the products. The rep (didn't get her name) was very helpful.

OMGG!!! I was just in your store @ 7155 W. Colfax Ave, Lakewood, CO., & had a really positive experience! The person who helped me, Maria, was an exemplary representative for your Company. (I found out she is the Store Manager) I had 2 separate issues (one was a problem) w/my phone that she dealt with in Short Order. Maria was able to deal w/the issues & Me, (a 70y/o dolt!), w/Customer Service that included a generous amount of Patience. Her professional attitude was far above what I would have expected, b/c of all the questions I had. She also helped me resolve future snafus by installing a Memory Card for me - Who Knew??!! I'm SO excited & relieved w/the resolutuons to my issues & another way to help my phone store items for me. (THAT memory Card is indeed a splendid addition to my phone!!!) I really appreciate the excellent experience I had. We've been w/Metro for years & have never had a problem. Today was an example of why. Thank You! I was sent here from another location because they had the iPhone I wanted in stock. Maria was the only one working and she was so kind, fast, and informative. She let me know about al of the features the phone came with, as well as the policies if anything were to not be working properly. She was awesome, and a great representative for Metro.

Two people working but they were curious and were with me very quickly. When the person they had could not be worked on right away or continue to be worked on to put him aside and worked on me until they can work on him again. Which was kind, efficient and worked out well.
