DO NOT USE THIS STORE. They push products like a used car salesman. Told me I was eligible for a pair of free AirPods with my phone trade-in and upgrade then when I was being charged for them on my monthly bill they said part of the value from my phone trade in was designated for the AirPods and that's just how it showed up on the bill. Without the AirPods my phone trade-in value was $800 which completely covered my new phone. The AirPods were valued at $250 and I was being charged $20.83 a month for 12 months which comes out to a total of $249.96. They also lied about an AppleWatch promo and once the charges showed up on my bill and I tried to return the watch they said they could only do returns within the first 14 days so now I’m stuck paying for the watch as well. I've had great customer service experiences with AT&T in the past and this store is absolutely horrible. If you want good customer service DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

Mica at this store doesn't pay his bills!! We are a small family owned safe company. they requested us to move their safe so they could do some building repairs to floor drains last September 2021. He never paid for the services provided. We hope you support another cell phone business that actually cares about the other businesses and customers in the community.

Kaden has without question the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced at any AT&T location! Knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient in getting me set up with my new phone. There’s another AT&T location that’s a 4min drive from my house but I’ll drive to the Colfax and Wadsworth store just to get the top notch customer service I get from him every time I’m there!
