AT&T Store

I have the worst customer service experience the associate that assist me to get my new phone "delete "(did a factory reset on my old phone ) without backing it up or before transferring to the new device so all my photos and personal information where lost so be careful when you go to this place since all they care is getting their money all my memories are now lost just because of them honestly hope they fire these 2 people and I wish they go through the same thing I'm going through just because of them lexi and manager David

I needed to upgrade my phone immediately, as I walked in I was approached by Noah and received some of the best service I’ve ever had at an AT&T store. He was polite, efficient and explained clearly the choices I had based on my plan and also let me know of some discounts I had on my plan that I wasn’t even aware of. All in all a really nice team that works there with great customer service. Thanks Noah for your help!

This ladies are my hero’s. What I spent 8 hours over the phone trying to resolve. They fixed in less than 5 minutes. They were nice, fast, friendly. If you have anything negative to say about this place or then. It’s more then likely you that’s the problem

Great service. Fast and accurate. I went in to port my number from my old carrier because I was no longer satisfied. Adamaris helped me. She was smart, polite and patient. I asked a lot of questions about my new phone and about the service plan and billing. She was very thorough. I was impressed with how knowledgeable she is. Without feeling rushed, I was taken care of quickly and I left happy with my new phone. The price was right too, I got a good deal. That and the outstanding customer service is why only why I gave 5 stars. Thanks again.

Came in the store mad. AT&T no longer supports 3G devices. I was forced to upgrade. I worked with a great representative. I think his name was Anthony. He treated me very well while deciding my new device. He was patient and informative. I now love my new iPhone 13 and am very happy with the price. Thanks to all the team who assisted as well.

2 young boys were running the store and I came in at 7:56 on 12/1 to pay a prepaid bill, I explained the services got shut off tonight and they had told me they had already close the register for tonight and that as soon as it reaches 8 PM that management requires them to leave right away so they close all their system is down prior to 8 PM. After being a manager at a corporate AT&T store I can’t tell you want a horrible experience this was. The one guy turns to the other and asks what would happen if “ they reopened the registers” They obviously do not strive to provide a good customer exporter e and would rather go home. Legit was told to let my service shut off, hook up to Wi-Fi and pay it in the morning lmao this experience is exactly what I expect from an authorized retailer.

Luis and Vanessa are literally so good at what they do. The minute I came in I felt comfortable and welcomed. They really went above and beyond for me and made sure I didn’t leave without feeling satisfied! Very professional and outstanding and bright! Really amazing people!! The experience I had made me want to work there with them! Service was definitely a 10/10!!

Noah was great, not only was he friendly but very knowledgeable and helped us immediately. We were both able to upgrade our phones the same day. He was patient and made the experience worthwhile. This is what customer service looks like!
