The store was nice and clean. Stefanie provided excellent customer service and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new phone and my phone number ported. A much better experience with Metro than I have had in the past.

I went in with my kids on Sunday, and I was treated so poorly and aggressively that I'm going to switch providers. I would rather use a pay phone or be without a phone , than to be treated the way I was infront of my kids by the incredibly hostile customer service representative in the store. Her disrespect and condescending attitude has pushed me to leave metro pcs after almost a decade of being a customer. She doesn't belong as a face of your company. I was in your store less than 3 minutes and i was snapped at multiple times by this woman. I gathered my kids and as we were walking out she muttered something under her breath. Foul and appalling attitude. This was the 27th of August around 530 pm. She was the only one in the store and her attitude was even was noticed by my kids. Do not shop here

Bought a 269.00 brand new Galaxy phone paid for insurance a month later the phone was broke it's been a week now of trying to use the insurance to get the phone replaced it's absolutely Alice and wonderland do not use this service there's no corporate office they passed the buck I literally been in a circle to try to get my issue all the while being told to spend more money and more money to fix the problem absolutely unbelievable

Off the chain. Went to pay my bill and ADRIAN hook me up, cut my bill 100 dollars on next bill. She explained my bill was too high and she hook me up. Appreciate everything!!! Awesome customer service and will work with you on your bill. Amen

Think twice or maybe three or four times before working for these selfish owners. They take from their employers yet work them like their own peasants. They will do anything they can to get money even making their employees lie to customers. They don't care about anyone but they selves. They took from me too but I caught on and requested my money back and they granted me that request but never received my money they wait till you forget so they can keep it. The GM is trained to be the exact same way. Managers started looking for new jobs as well because they feel the same way about the owners. We didn't get our checks till 7 pm at night like there's no need for that. I'm blessed to have found a new opportunity instead of putting up with this franchise. If they knew about the truth this store and franchise would have been shut down already.

Bought a phone case and screen cover. Couple weeks ago. And got some add On's to my plan. Ziyleth was more then helpful! With everything. He let me know sense I bought the case and screen cover. That I would get a awesome Bluetooth speaker for free. Speaker is really awesome. Thank you Ziyleth and metro by T-Mobile.

Please please please never work here. If you decide to work here because you had no other choice then ok....But get out of there fast! The owner is very rude. There are many robberies at this location and others. They steal money from your commision for making simple "irreversible" mistakes. I worked here for three months and its the worst retail job I've ever had. They tell you at the interview that you can make up to 14 dollars an hr... Its nearly impossible to reach goals because the store is slow on an almost every day basis. Managers do not communicate back to you if you have an issue. If they have an issue with you or your performance they will not tell you.. they will cut your hours drastically with three hr shifts each day...or suspend you. If you are amazing at sales then take your chances. You'll never make as much as you want to working here. If I could rate lower than one star I would.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Theresa the store manager has a major attitude went in on new year's eve to get I phone reset and she told me I can go to a different location if I didn't like her service and she wasn't going to reset it if I didn't have my code which I did I asked her who was her BOSS over her she said NO ONE .....Who EVER IS HER BOSS NEEDS TO SEND HER TO TRAINING. Or better yet just FIRE HER .....DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER .....

Didn't say what my total was that I was getting back nor did she count the money back to me. As a cashier that is a key responsibility for doing a great job. Perhaps I'll just go to a different location from this point forward.
